This is a great quick workout. I work long 12 hour shifts and used to feel like I didn't have time to workout when I had to go to work. I just started working out again but was worried about getting a workout done on work days. This felt very effective too.
I started doing this with my daughter as our lockdown exercise. Great for bonding and for her to do some work out. Teach them early! We loved your pilates! Thank you!

Im doing this since lastyear, it is a friendly all body exercise..it reduce my stress,anxiety and helps me to have a good mood and a healthy tummy. Thanks a lot for this exercise..

If I may give you a little constructive criticism: I was a bit confused in the beginning at times whether or not we were to stick with the same leg or alternate so may be more clear by stating "alternate here" or "same side here and later we will switch" Some are more focused on listening to instructions as we workout rather than looking at the screen so that may help us. I hope you are not offended. Just trying to help. I subscribed, shared your work out in my fitness group and will be looking forward to more of your workouts. :)
Random guy commenting... I found this really helpful, I hurt my back a few months ago and was told to take up these exercises by a physio therapist. It amazes me how hard the exercise are even though they look like simple movements, also how weak muscles can become if you don't use them. Thanks for sharing.
My first Pilates workout ever and it was so much fun 😊 Not to brag but I am pretty proud of myself right now for being able to do everything at your pace without any breaks and with a lot of flexibility 😅 I really liked it and will try it out more often

it's possible you are pulling your neck up with your arms when they're behind your back - your body should be doing the work, the twisting, the arms should just be supporting you.
if you need to just add your arms behind your neck, it's mostly possible to do that with these workouts, also make sure your really using your stomach muscles to pull up,
i know this was a few years ago that this was made -- but hopefully you can tell me how to keep my stomach in when doing the exercises - my stomach does not like to go flat
I haven't done Pilates since NOVEMBER!! thankfully I'm still flexible, since i cannot attend classes in the meantime , doing this every other day is beneficial? are 10 minutes enough?
Hi Hiba, I have been doing a 10 min workout now every morning since last October (2017) and though I am slim, I have gotten rid of about a half to a full kilo of belly fat without losing overall weight. The point is in doing in those 10 minutes just absolutely your flat utmost. If it gets too comfy with an exercise, add jumping or add weights. I promise you it will work. Wow! I had to do stop and go to practice my form, but this is excellent for days I need break from my intensive cardio. Improves your stomach power!!
