- Welcome to our cabin in the woods! Got a 20 min candlelit yoga flow for you guys that will help you release any tension after a long day at work and help you re-balance the body and mind.
Focusing on strengthening the lower body and working with a few different twists to help you release any stressful energy which will help you end your day in a calm and peaceful state.

just had a shower and was looking for a calm evening yoga flow before going to bed. this got my heart pumping, might need to shower again!
This was more of a workout for me than an evening flow - will come back to it for a day time workout :)
do not be fooled by relaxing vibe of this workout - for reals this is hard!

Yep 🤓definitely, not for evening. Much better calming, restorative class. Meditation. Because usually, sculpting yoga exercises, not just keeping muscles awake and brain too. Night suppose to be rest, for better tomorrow 😁.

The setting is absolutely perfect. Music and setting could not be more perfet. I'm recovering from three injured lower disk injury and weight loss of 75 of 160 needed. So this is ‘My‘ perfect medicine.Thanks to the last 6 weeks I now have tripled my non-existant cardio and have reduced my back pain by 70% and have 50% more flexibility out of my lower back.

I am a beginner and I have two sons and a husband and they dont know yoga at all so I just wanted some feedback. btw I love ur videos. you have made it wonderful finding yoga. hard is good :) but I like it that there are always some choosable "easy" and "advanced" options in your videos. Sometimes you're happy to not have to do the full thing and sometimes you're motivated even more because the advanced is possible :)

I started doing this at the start of quarantine and couldn't do the harder postures, and was out of breath every time. I always used to need at least an hour a day in the gym to exhaust myself as that helped to control my temper issues. During a recovery from a laser eye surgery I happened upon one of Boho Beautiful videos and thinking yoga would probably be as easy as stretching, I tried it, but quickly found out it was just as hard as the gym. I've been doing it for months now, cannot go a day without, because I know this is the reason I rarely get angry anymore or have any chronic bone aches or asthma attacks. I feel stronger in every way. Thank you for guiding me and many more on this journey with your calming presence and voice, super well-constructed and clearly instructed workouts, beautiful insights and such a loving, safe atmosphere that you both create here for us.
Definitely not for beginners! Great workout, but it's way too much for a night time routine for me. Made it through about ten minutes before my legs like died lol

I agree as well, Anita, I broke my butt bone 12 years ago.. and carefully following these two I have made wonderful improvements. Best thing I ever did was one day 6 years ago throwing all of the pills they gave to me away and using diet and love of self instead :-) But that's just me. Juliana has SUCH a soothing voice, and WITH the perfect camara.. "No complications" finding strength outward and inward. Someday maybe I can do it all! But if not I am still a happy camper :-)

Love your videos! I've been doing them in addition to some cardio exercises, and I really find such a difference. It has seriously helped tone up my legs. Plus...them being only around 20 minutes or less is a lot more manageable when I have 12 hour shifts at the hospital (and not much time to eat/sleep, let alone workout!).

we aren't used to seeing you practice indoors, but this cabin is an especially beautiful location. I love how you show variations on the poses that I haven't seen before. I definitely feel stretched and strengthened after this.

This is by far the longest yoga channel I've ever followed. I stopped going to classes when i discovered your routine. Also love the fact that there's always a nice view in a lot of your videos, i love nature myself so I'm always looking forward to your next videos plus nature makes it all the more calming.
