Certain consoles it's possible to perform the same mod on provided you have a modded console and know what to do. But yes; a mod is required to play as her outside of FOBs.

It won't break the game. Auto save, etc... should all still work. I've also added a menu option since I made this video that'll restore the esc key functionality and disable Quiet/Ocelot until you select them with the menu again.

This mod (Quiet FOB Skills) doesn't work with old update (1.0.7.1) You need at least ver.1.0.13.0 But I don't know how upgrade to this versión of the game. (?)

The title is a question. The answer is yes; through modding. If the title was "Can You Play as Quiet Outside of FOBs Without Mods?" then it would be a lie. The video was intended to be a response to people who asked me about it and a follow up to a previous video I did about playing as Ocelot outside of FOBs. My channel at the time (and still to some degree) was focused on MGSV modding. I didn't expect the video to get much attention outside of the people who followed me in the MGSV modding scene.

You can swap her model to Sniper Wolf using the Multi Quiet Player Mod.

No. There's no way to edit her dash cooldown through Lua. You can use the MQPM for a dash without a cooldown though.

Yes. It is a mod. After installing the mod, you just need to press F + Left Arrow on the keyboard to open the menu.
