Pls can you review Mesoestetic SPF range. I have type 5 dark skin and im due for a herbal green peel to help with hyperpigmentation. The spf they recommended to use during the peeling process is the mesoprotech melan 130 pigment control (longest name ever!). However when i read the inkey list, it has alcohol and parfum which you always say to avoid. So what do i do? Are any of their products safe for dark toned skins? Thanks for your help.
P.s. Is herbal green peels ok to have (3 sessions), out of all the peels, the aesthetician recommended herbal peel as most gentle for dark skin. Your verdict?

I've been wanting to ask you why for so long, but i think this video has addressed the issue. My key takeaways would now be the info of how zinc oxide is more photostable and does not enter the bloodstream, unlike the other chemical filters. I would love it if you could do a video with some scientific-nitty-gritty explanation for the other new chemical filters and if those are good for poc. hi doctor please could you make a slightly more detailed video about benzophenone3/oxybenzone and what science says about it so we can decide whether to buy sunscreens with it or not. Some of my favourite sunscreens seem to have it. It's so hard to find the right non toxic, non white cast sunscreen. We really appreciate your knowledge and would love to learn your take on this specific ingredient. thank you!

Retin A ( Tretinoin) is extremely safe to use in the long term treatment of Acne. It has been studied extensively for decades and has no known side effects. The only exception is to avoid using when pregnant or breastfeeding.

I'm using a sunscreen with Zinc oxide USP 100mg, Octinoxate USP 70 mg, Enzacamene USP 35 mg and Avobenzone USP 10 mg, and has SPF 60 & UVA (PA)+++. it has very little fragrance but that hasn't bothered me. so far it has been giving me no trouble at all and I usually have very sensitive skin in that even dermatologist prescribed sunscreens have made me have rashes, itching and sun-sensitivity even while I was wearing the sunscreen.
now my question is can I layer this sunscreen over niacinamide serum during day time? will it negatively impact the effectiveness of the sunscreen?

Can you pls review, some Indian mineral sunscreens which are affordable? I currently use a sunscreen which leaves a huge white cast...so I am not very happy with it and it's really very diificult to reapply when I am outside. Finding a sunscreen in India is a real struggle because either there's a ton of fragrance/denat alcohol in the product or they are chemical (I am in my late teens, and chemical sunscreens tend to heavy break outs.)

You know Dr V. For my dry skin, a month ago I used mandelic acid from selfless by haram and it irritated my skin and gave me pimple whereas Last night I used 10% lactic acid on my face. And it was fine. I didn't really see any difference but it was okay. I mean to say that mandelic acid did not work for me but 10% lactic acid was fine.
