I really like u ❤ nd appreciate your efforts 👏👏 for skin of color nd learn lots of knowledge about skin from u🥰😇... one more request can u pls suggest any other good physical sunscreen which is affordable🙏🏻
Hello Dr. Vanita! Really appreciate you sharing these useful tips on sunscreen types esp for those of us in the skin of colour community. I was hoping to purchase the Dr V sunscreen since it seems to come so highly recommended, but was shocked by the shipping fee which costs as much as the the product itself. Can I know if you would be running any pre-order sale or discounts anytime soon? Would love to try one of your products :) Cheers!
Thank you for the link to Colorescience. I was ready to leave. She wastes so much time in the video and is primarily interested in selling her own product.
The best thing about Inzincable, is that it does not leave ugly stains on your white clothes. This was the big surprise and I will definitely order it again! It is really invisible and when I first applied it on my face, I applied twice the recommended amount because I thought that I applied less than needed. My next order will be the Facial Kit. Good job Dr. V!
I went to the my dermatologist to see if they offered a specific procedure for me. She looked at me and ask ‘didn’t you have pigmentation there? It’s gone.’ 😏 Order the facial kit. I can almost promise (because I don’t know your skin type) that it will not disappoint!
@@alecbarney3298 Wow, well done, this is very promising news! I've used the facial pigmentation kit for 3 months now, with no change to my melasma on cheeks.. I will continue to use and hope for some improvement soon. I understand it may take 6-9 months for some people, looks like I fit into that category.
Lol she mentioned that colorescience was only pa+++ but didn't say the company she worked with was on spf 30 and no pa rating. And she chose the perfect two to line up her one at the end lol.
Just received my inzincable today. I must say it’s such a tiny bottle for the price and shipping I paid. Tried a little on my hand and it’s truly invisible and glowy. Looks beautiful on the skin. But, please please work on the pricing and shipping or make bigger size for us to repurchase.
If anyone knows how to buy it from indian webside please tell me. As she is indian maybe she could also market this in India. I live in India and the price to ship it here is 3 times the cream 🤪 This cream could be a big sucsses in India I dont understand why dont she put it in Nyka, amazonindia or something like that. I tried to look for it but only posibility is getting shipped from the UK. If anyone knows anything about how to buy it from.India share it here please! Strugeling to find a physical sunscreen that doesn't look very very grassy, oily, suuuper white and totally unatractive 😅😂 Everybody is like....what do you have on your face my friend?😂 All sunscreens makes me look like a ghost for real. 😘😘
I’m using colourscience sunforgettable in shade glow and I absolutely love. Added bonus is that no foundation is required on top as it leaves a natural looking glow and evenness to the skin. Foundation free after 20 years and will definitely not be going back!! Thank you for the recommendation I do plan on trying inzincable also.
Exactly. I live in India I wanted to buy this but the price of shipping was double than the price of the cream. So I have to buy other sunscreens bcs I dont wanna pay twice thr price just bcs of thr shipping.
I have been using the Neutrogena sensitive skin mineral sunscreen. The hyperpigmentation on my cheeks and my acne has cleared up dramatically since I've used it
Dr. V, I just want to say thank you. I struggled for years with acne on my back, went to many dermatologist and got no help. It was suggested that I used hormone drugs but I declined. I watch your video on back acne and started using 5%benzoyl peroxide before bed and immediately I saw improvements. It's been about 6 weeks now and all I have of my back acne, are a few spots. No more breakouts! Thank you!
I’m using Inzincable and love it. Honestly it’s so hydrating and moisturising. I used the colorascience and found it drying like Is clinical. My second fav after inzincable is Eururcin Photoaging SPf 50. No white cast at all and no peeling.
Couldn’t help noticing a cut in the video at 8:10 when you were rubbing on Inzincable. Would love to see an uncut video where you trial Inzincable on people who are different shades of brown. I currently use a chemical sunscreen ‘Neutrogena age shield face’ SPF 110, which is the best feeling on skin and under makeup sunscreen that I have tried to date.
does the Neutrogena one sting around your eyes? I always find alot of chemical sunscreens that start stinging around my eyes around the end of the day even if I don't rub my eyes.
I love your channel and have gained so much insight into my skincare routine and my skin has never looked better!! However, skin of colour is not monolithic. Colorscience may be invisible on your skin, but on a dark skin black woman, it leaves a pink cast. Invincible also leaves a white cast, but it is subtle. It's the best mineral sunscreen at this price point I've tried, as a dark skin woman.
Hello! Thanks for the content. I started using a physical sunscreen daily for the first time a few months ago. I was using Clinique mineral fluid for face SPF 30. I really liked it but I cannot find it now. However, about 6 weeks after applying sunscreen to my face and neck daily I noticed a hyperpigmentation spot on the top of my forehead near my hairline. Then I switched to Supergoop Mineral Sheer Screen as I could not find the clinique one again. After 3 weeks or so I noticed another spot on the side of my forehead near the hairline. And a week after that next to both ears. I have never had hyperpigmentation in my life. I’m half white and half black. I’m allergic to chemical sunscreen and used bare mineral loose powder foundation and mineral veil since I was 18 and I am 38. No one has a clue I am my age so I think the mineral in the foundation is protecting me some. But I am getting a bit leery that I not have never had spots and now all of a sudden out of nowhere I have a few, not even gradually. That seems odd to me. I am trying to make sure I wash the perimeter of my skin well since this happened thinking maybe I wasn’t getting it all off. Could this be the certain sunscreens?! I’m beginning to doubt them at all now. Any insight would be great. I feel like I’m going crazy or something!
I would love to try the inzincable sunscreen by Dr V but the shipping cost is a big NO for me. I'm in Belgium, I thought I would have been able to get it with free shipping depending on the size of my order but the shipping cost almost equal the sunscreen's price👀
Her products are not really pocket friendly, atleast for the average lot or for students. It’s one thing to promote good skin care habits in children and other to actually work to make that possible
Unfortunately It's not affordable for me either. I live in Austria, so in the EU. But the costs are wayyy too high for my budget😥 I currently use the Hawaiian Tropic mineral face lotion SPF 30 and the Bondi Sands face lotion fragrance free SPF 50 for my face.
Dr. V. I received my Inzincable. I absolutely love Inzincable, it goes on smooth and silky. I am a light skinned black female living in the USA and I love the fact that I don't get the white cast. Some other products say you don't get the white cast but you have to really rub it in, not with Inzincable it goes on really nice. I love that its NOT TINTED! I used Colorscience and I hated the fact that it was tinted, it would often stain my clothes. I also love the fact that Inzincable helps with hyperpigmentation. I plan to order more because this is sunscreen I would wear all the time. Thank you so much for creating products for "Skin of Color". You are amazing and I learn so much from your videos, please keep them coming.
I’m using Inzincable from a week now I love the fact that it doesn’t have a white cast but I’m finding it that it makes my skin look oily as I have combination/oily skin I hope@Dr. vanity Rattan cones out with a version for oily skin.
I ‘m happy to see an updated mineral sunscreen video. Please do a video on Australian Gold Botanical sunscreen tinted face broad spectrum SPF 50 and Sun Bum Mineral tinted sunscreen face lotion broad spectrum SPF 30. Although I would love to try InZincable, it is way out of my price range and would like to know whether you would recommend these two drugstore price sunscreens for people on a budget. Thanks☺️
I'll certainly buy Inzincable when it's available in the US at Ulta or Sephora because the shipping is almost the cost of the product. Do you need an additional moisturizer with it? Cerave also makes a tinted mineral sunscreen. Have you tried it? Just an observation...I was admiring your healthy shiny hair here, but I noticed you touch your hair a lot. I only noticed it because I try so hard to not touch mine when I've blown it out because of oils on our hands. My hair gets oily easily when it's straight. Thank you for all of your help and wisdom! Happy to support your brand once it comes here!
I have oily, acne-prone skin and I like Australian Gold Botanical Tinted Face Sunscreen SPF 50 (mineral) is quite nice. The tone is slightly pink/neutral (so it might not be perfect for everyone), but it comes in 3 shades. It also has a natural matte finish (good for people who have oily skin). I also like COTZ Prime & Protect Tinted Sunscreen SPF 45, which has a Porefessional primer texture and blurs the pores. It also will keep you matte throughout the day. It's a great makeup primer too. Both are a little bit thick, with a silicone finish, and are mattifying, so if you don't like that it might not be a good fit for you.
These all seem fantastic! A sunscreen I use which is 100% physical, leaves no white cast and doesn’t leave your skin feeling/looking greasy is Purito comfy water sunblock. Korean sunscreens are amazing and this one is very affordable too!
That has been discontinued after all the drama that ensued last year, but I follow their Instagram page and they are currently working on 3 new sunscreens, a physical, a chemical and a combo sunscreen. Can’t wait to try it!
Hi DrV, you don’t know how much you have changed my life! I was terrible with skin routines! I would get so overwhelmed when I went to any cosmetic store , did not know where to start or what to buy, and just walk out! Now, I have a simple routine I follow, with ordinary products you mentioned, and love your videos! Thankyou , looking forward to meet with you one day when I visit UK! 🙏🏽💞
You are SO correct! Now that I have been stalking all your videos and I understand the importance of sunscreen, especially as I am in the Caribbean, I tried getting mineral sunscreens and hated them and avoid using them. Will definitely be giving your Inzincible a try now. Thank you so much. Love from Trinidad.
Love all your videos, would love to try the sunscreen! I understand that skinceuticals is expensive but your. sunscreen to Canada is costing more than 60 dollars USD which is a crazy expensive price.
Right now I’m loving paula’s choice resist super-light sunscreen! It’s pure mineral sunscreen and it’s tinted! Great ingredients, moisturizing, no white cast, and it’s nice for oily skin.
I just received the 4 Inzincable sunscreen I ordered from Canada, it only took 10 days to arrive and it is excellent for my dark skin. I shared it with my kids and they all loved it. I am about to order another set to stock up. Thanks
I use cotz I love it. Blends in so nicely and gives my skin a beautiful tone. I would love to try inzincable but so far it's too expensive to ship out here in the US
The shipping to USA is almost to the price of sunscreen plus we are not able to add more than two sunscreen .. I really wanted to order it but will wait a little longer maybe shipping gets lowered .
Thank you Edit: lol hopefully you get more in stock soon. I’m seeing comments about the shipping price and size, so I hope it’ll be enough stock that I can buy a few at a time. At least until a bigger size is created; if a bigger one is created.
Sunscreen is a product I’ve struggled with. I used one from Neutrogena that actually caused hyperpigmentation. But currently I’m using Elta MD 50 with Squalane and I really like it. It does not leave a white cast on tanned skin and is hydrating. I love the way my skin looks after it dries. I’d love to know your thoughts on this product.
@@TheBanker28 It’s been a few years. So I don’t remember which one it was. The only thing I remember is that it had niacinamide in it. But I have no trouble with Sheer Zinc. I used Sheer Zinc last year and it is a winner for SOC and sensitive skin although it does dry with a white cast.
Hi, can you please mention the name of the 'Elta MD 50 with Squalane' sunscreen again? What's it's correct name of that product cause I'm not finding anything while searching using that name. Thanks 🙂
I'm using Inzincable and the spreadbility of it is A-MA-ZING! It kind of feels like it could be a primer because it's so smooth but i also don't tug on the skin around my eyes when applying it, so that's another bonus. I have dry acne prone skin, so I don't really mind the dewy look, but i wouldn't mind a matte version just to see the difference :) I'm a cheapskate at heart so the fact that I went and bought this says a lot lol It was a bit expensive but not as much as it is for other people (because I'm in the UK). I really hope you can come out with a body suncreen version because that would be even better! but I don't know if the price might be a bit too expensive for me.
That’s what I was using right before I got my Dr V sunscreen. Biossance will probably continue to be my favorite due to the shipping cost of Dr V’s sunscreen.
Hi Dr V, Just wondering if you can recommend a suitable sunscreen for the rest of the body? Thank you for the videos! They have been a great help to my skin care routine! It’s nice to have someone help out women of colour!
Looking fab Dr. V. I'd rather use Inzincables but it is unavailable to me as well as the others you have recommended....makes me sad...lol We have more chemical sunscreens here. Could you do video with a wider variety of chemical sunscreens including corsx and Neutrogena hydro boost sunscreens Thanks
Just received my order of InZincable but haven’t used it yet. It definitely was pricey but I also ordered the dark circles kit to balance out the cost of everything. Two other mineral sunscreens I would recommend are the CeraVe hydrating tinted facial sunscreen and anything from Cotz sunscreen.
Does that leave a white cast. I bought another cerave mineral sunscreen and it leaves s whit cast. I'm so annoyed. I'm taking it back. I use sunscreen everyday when I run. I dont need to lool crazy...
I was so excited about getting the inzincable that I ordered 2! However, it is way too greasy for me! No white cast at all, but definitely an oily cast on my skin. I have normal skin (not dry or oily) but the inzincable leaves my face so excessively shiny (not dewy)! I tried putting powder on top, oil blotting paper throughout day but I honestly cannot be spending all day trying to balance out the oil. (There is no way I could use this to top off as well). I will use it on my neck and chest but I do HOPE you will come out with something more mattifying as I want to support you and the work you do for skin of color.
Yes I found this too, my skin looks so greasy on application. I also feel like my skin looks darker when I wear inzincable. Regardless, I’m such a Dr V fan, she has taught me so much!
Can you make a video on Hyperpigmentation around mouth because My lips are naturally pink but It looks weird because of the darkness around my mouth 🖤🙏🏾
How do we get the benefits of mineral sunscreens when we are participating in water sports or at the beach? Should we layer with water resistant chemical throughout out the day?
I’m loving my inzicable! Thank you Dr V. No white cast. Feels nice on. Luckily it doesn’t leave me oily as it does for other people according to the comments I’m reading.
Thanks for creating these amazing videos, people like me with skin of colour truely appreciate your effort and hard work put into these videos. Your incredible!! I have normal to dry skin, but I tend to get a lot of black/ brown tiny moles on my face basically after puberty. Could you please make a video around that as I also see it as a common issues specially for people living in Indian climate. Thanks
Yes, I have been looking all over your videos Dr. V to see if you've made a video on tiny black/brown mole like spots that have been there since adolescence and won't go away. Please Dr. V could you make a video. Thanks
For years I though FPS30 was enough for my brown skin 😱 clearly I had to meet you months ago to figure out that I was using the wrong products! May God bless you!! You’re truly a gift, wish I could hug you. You’ve been educating me for the last 6months more then any specialists I’ve seen! Thanks Dr V 🤗 ❤️
I'm truly looking forward to trying your new mineral sunscreen. Since you mentioned that you reapply every two hours or so, could you please share the trick to reapplying your sunscreen, after you've applied makeup over the first application..Cheers!
I use Supergoop mineral sheer screen SPF 30, PA+++. I will change to SPF 50. I use to use Colorscience, but I hated the tint, it comes off on my clothes especially my shirts w/ white collar. Would love to try Inzincable, but the shipping to the U.S.A is expensive. Absolutely love this channel.
Hi, I did email and dm'ed on ig, but still nothing. I'm going to wait until the end of this wk and if I haven't received it, I'll just cancel the order.
@Yvonne Beacock It's appalling In my opinion. I ordered several dresses from a newly launched company in America, returned a couple of them AND got my money- all within 3 wks. So I'm not sure why Dr V's team can't handle small domestic orders on time, not like they've only just started out and still learning the ropes. Annoying things is you can't leave reviews on the official site, for products or service. If I'd known that so many people weren't getting their orders (I scrolled through IG comments today and found lots of complaints), I wouldn't have even bought the sunscreen.
@@nehabhole1 truee...I paid $167 on top of the cost of the dark circle kit!! And the conversion rates... Dr. V's products are amazing but sadly cant afford! I'm almost done with the kit (20% difference) I don't if I should go over the board again and buy the second kit to see the results - which would be again total of 40% (maybe) 🙄🤦♀️🤷♀️
I hope I can buy your products soon. I am currently using the neutrogena zinc spf 50. It does leave a white caste but that is what you suggested for us your skincare family in India 🥰
We don't have any affordable mineral sunscreens if any in South Africa😫😫😫I've been using sunscreen from demalan but it has a stinging short-term sensation especially in my eye ear.
Hello, are all these sunscreens good for oily and acne prone skin? large pores and blackheads too. i dont want something clogging them more. Please help.
"none of my videos have ever been and will never be sponsored.... here are the 3 best sunscreens 2 of the same price range as my 3rd favourite one which is oh, BTW, mine but my videos aren't sponsored so you can trust me" it's the insult on my intelligence for me how do you all not see it fr
I thought the same! There was a lot of people commenting on how expensive the inzincable is.. and voila there's a comparison of other sunscreen with the same price range . I'm sorry, I feel like this is really clever marketing strategy, get the following, earn their trust anc their love and sell something. Disappointing!
@@fazanasuthakaran326 clear as day methinks bc i don't find the acting/feigned care convincing at all. it's cute when it's a child telling you the dog ate their homework but when it's sb taking advantage of people who are investing their last bit of savings bc "try other products first, don't buy this one but if nothing else works..." how many haven't reached that stage and aren't willing to invest to get rid of their hyperpigmentation etc. once you see how disingenuous and deceptive it all is, you can't unsee it. it kind of hurts to watch the development of things here.
@@i.t.t. I won't lie, I thought her videos were really educative. But I guess in the back of my mind the fact that she was a skincare formulator didn't really go unnoticed. If Dr V stated her intentions from the beginning, I think I would have given her props for making something for us brown girls. But the fact that, she kinda slid her products in her reviews doesn't sit well with me. I guess this is the world of an "influencer". Dr V is not alone on this though.. there's so many others who are doing the same thing. Honesty and integrity has become a marketing gimmick and the sad part is people just continue to fall for it! 😪 😕
@@fazanasuthakaran326 same. i found her via a comment sb made on tiktok. i looked her up and i was so excited to find her. that was a bit over a year ago. lock down and everything. i binge watched her videos. sat to take notes. at first i was just annoyed at the inconsistencies bc it was messing up my notes and then i thought, hold up. i was so mad at myself to have let my guards down just bc i was so excited that sb was talking to my experience, to my needs. alas, there is just no way out of questioning things bc the best case scenario is that all is well. since, i've just been sat here watching how this is unfolding. very clever but also not so much. bc once you see it you can't unsee it and i find the interviews of the invited guests particularly fascinating.
@@i.t.t. What was the first clue? Most people on here are out to make money. Both things can be true...she is a smart business woman who wanted to grow a market and then release products, AND she cares about skin of color. or one can be false..oh well! From the moment I came to her channel I knew she was going to release products. So what? How is she any different than the rest who come on and say xxx is the BEST thing ever...until they are promoting Y the next month due to some type of deal? This is entertainment, these people are strangers. Take what you feel is good, discard the rest , find a professional and laugh it off. No one can make you believe anything you don't want to. We all have the power to do our own research and make our own choices. I don't come to UA-cam expecting people to be authentic.
Hi Dr. V, always enjoy and learn a lot from your videos. I am a big believer of using suncreen and do so. Lot of my friends and family and people I know in India (I am in USA) do not use sunscreen. They believe that it is harmful😩 to the skin. They think sunscreen is for light skin people. Also, several of them have melasma. Please, please make a an educational video, why sunscreen is important for people of all skin color. Would greatly appreciate it and will also help hundreds of people. Thanks.
My family has light skin but my mother refuse to understand that we need to wear sunscreen daily. She believe sunscreen need to be wear ONLY when directly under the sun for a long time. And she afraid the ingredients in skincare lead to skin cancer. She got hyperpigmentation on both her cheeks tho 😒...in conclusion, don't follow your family and friends believe if they are not professional
Hi Dr V! Loveeee your channel and love your hair!! Your skin is flawless and I absolutely love that your videos are not sponsored and it’s so gracious of you to dedicate a whole channel for women of colour ♥️ I’m so happy I found your channel. However the 3 sunscreens you’ve recommended over here are not available in my country (Singapore) and would they be any other you can share that is more accessible for us on other side of the earth please? Thank you in advance ♥️♥️♥️
I’m currently using Paula’s Choice Calm mineral moisturiser with Broad spectrum SPF 30 and I also use the colorescience but I don’t always want to use a tinted moisturiser. I’m definitely going to have to try some of the ones you mentioned in this video.
I actually spent some time last night looking for specific reviews on PC’s Calm spf (for oily skin). Does it leave a white cast? What is the finish like?
@@At0micAllison it leaves a very slight white cast at first but then it blends in and it becomes sheer to me after 10 - 15 minutes. It’s definitely not as white cast or chalky as a lot of products and my friends have said that they can’t see it when I have my no makeup days (which is almost every day now, thanks to Dr V!) 😊 hope this helps! X
@@msjones5523 awww that’s such a shame but I agree it really does leave my skin feeling great. I hope one of the ones that Dr V mentioned works for you! X
Paula Choice Super Light Wrinkle Defence SPF 30 has zinc 13%, is NAFE safe, leaves no white cast as it is tinted, has antioxidants and Resveratol too, check it out x
Inzincable is amazing! What usually takes me a few minutes to blend in, inzincable blends in less than 30 seconds! Will you come out with larger volume bottles, Dr. V???
Could you make a video on how to reverse darkening of the skin(tanning?), I am a teen with dry sensitive skin who is outdoors in the sun a lot and my skin tends to get darker and darker, I have tried a lot of brightening products but due to my skin type my face tends to start burning and redness flares up even more. Thank you
As far as I know you don't need to reverse a body tan. I tan very quickly in the summer even with my sun protective precautions and it fades away in the winter. Maybe invest in clothing with a high UPF rating?💕
I Love Dr. V recommendations! I was about to purchase 2 sunscreens from the website, but shipping to the US is 20$! Is there a store that stocks your Sunscreen or products in the US?
Hi Dr V thanks for all these videos for your SOC family! I really want to try Inzincable but the shipping to Australia is AUD38 almost the same price as one bottle - AUD48. Can you please make inzincable available on other websites to make shipping to Australia cheaper? I know it will be the best mineral sunscreen I will ever try!
Hi Doc..Yasmeen here from India..thank you for sharing such valuable information. Being a brown skin it's so difficult to manage with hyperpigmentation, bt thanx to you for your guidence. Here I'm using Mineral sunscreen SPF 60 +++ from Derma Co. It contains both zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. Is this good or I should use Pure Zinc matte sunscreen SPF 30 PA+++ ..% is not mentioned.
I'm using CVS brand sheer SPF 50. I'm medium to dark complexion and it doesn't leave a white cast. It's also dirty cheap at $8. I'm not sure what's in it but I think it is a physical sunscreen.
Dr V, thanks for the tips. You have taught me so much. I’m currently using Avene spf 50 mineral with no perfume. Feels really good on skin. Only downside is that it can stain your white collar :( I would love to try Inzincable. Do you also have samples? Unfortunately due to Brexit EU countries need to pay tax on UK product. So just wanna be sure i love it. Maybe an idea to have a shop in EU ;)
I’ve been using inzincable for the past year & I had a large age spot under my eye socket area & I can definitely state this has gone by half since I’ve used inzincable daily. I’ve also noticed the minute I don’t use my inzincable it starts to creep back in .. the results speak for themselves I highly recommend just wish I could get a bigger bottle
I got my inzincable two days ago and the way it feels on my skin yes yes , my eyes didn't feel like oils irritating them and no stinging cheeks, I love it🥰🥳 thank you 😁, please remember to do the video on how to get rid of the little warts (skin tags)on the neck Dr V ,they appear after my operation just like that 😰.
Hi Dr V, thank you so much for the recommendations they’re a life saver! Just a quick question about the tinted one, since you usually recommend spf50 - do you think this product offers sufficient protection? Thank you! :)
While I am waiting for your sunscreen to be available for purchase here in Australia, I am using Ultra Violette Lean Screen. It's also a mineral sunscreen, broadspectrum, spf 50+, no white cast - my asian skin is loving it :p Also perfect for makeup...but it is hard to top-up on top of makeup...and that is why I am looking forward for your sunscreen :)
I have been using Unzincable but it leaves the skin very greasy and does leave a light white cast. Therefore reapplying throughout the day is near impossible. I think technically it is a good product, however I need to blot with powder after application but use another powder product through the day. I think it's a restriction of the the available technology/science which should improve in the coming years. We need people like Dr V to push the boundaries to drive research and development.
Hi Dr v, I’ve used colourscience on you recommendation then switched to paula’s achoice youth-extending daily fluid, it’s for normal- oily combination skin(I love it) it doesn’t clog my pores but it’s not mineral. I bought inzincable recently and love the fact that it doesn’t leave a white cast and it goes on beautifully but unfortunately it’s too rich for my skin type. Will you make one which doesn’t clog pores please? You are doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work. Your videos are very helpful especially for people with skin of colour.
Thank you Dr V for your top 3 mineral sunscreen video. I'm currently using Rovectin Skin Essentials Aqua Soothing UV Protector SPF50+PA++++. It does not leave a white cast and I love it. It is also NAFE-Safe. Do check it out.
Good Morning Dr. Rattan. Hope you had a good vacation. I use azelaic acid, tranexamic acid, tretinoin, vitamin C and mandelic acid in my skincare for acne and hyperpigmentation. I don’t use them at the same time of course. Is this too many actives? And can azelaic acid and tranexamic acid be placed on in the same routine? Thank you…you have helped me ALOT.
I would love to use invincible but the postage to New Zealand is unfortunately quite prohibitive. I use an Australian sunscreen called Invisible Zinc which has 25% zinc oxide as its main active ingredient & no whites. It is absolutely wonderful. It also comes in a tinted version specifically for the face. If it is available in your part of the world, it is a definite winner!
Hope u don't get offended but 2 of 3 susncreens in this video is something we have already seen u talking abt... And also I hope u realize how insanely expensive ur sunscreen is in India... Not to mention none of these sunscreen r available to the Indian audience which is ur demographic , at a reasonable price....middle class audience wldnt be willing to spend that much on a tube of sunscreen that would barely last for 20 days ... In case u guys need some reccomendation for oily skin.... Earth rhythm spf 30, loreal sunscreen, biore uv.. The loreal sunscreen does have fragrance but I wld rather atleast have the sunscreen I want to wear instead of no sunscreen
Can you please make a video on how to deal with having a significantly darker skin tone on the face due to stress etc. What skin care products and skincare treatments are appropriate to get back natural skin tone? Please provide information on the best way to deal with this. I know this is a huge problem for many women
Yay! I'm actually awake during an upload!. Thank you for this video! Are there mineral body sunscreens you recommend? Is there a difference between those for face vs body? Right now I used Supergoop's mineral Mattescreen for my face and their Bright-eyed mineral eye cream. It's helpful to know that mineral sunscreens, in general, are unlikely to sting eyes and that I don't necessarily need an eye-specific sunscreen.
I’ve never used any sunscreens but after watching your videos, I decided to try cetaphil ultra-light lotion SPF 50. Not really what I want as you always advice us to go for mineral sunscreen, so I would love to try the inzincable🥰 My biggest worry is that inzincable is not sold in Australia and I am a bit concern that the shipping cost would outweigh the purchasing cost of a tiny bottle but I would definitely love to try your products❤️❤️❤️
Please give us face moisturizer options with ceramides, peptides, etc., etc. (all good things only) no oils, no heavy (La Roche Posay, Paula's Choice, Cetaphil, and La Roche Posay (No asian, please). Thank you so much.
I've been using Pipette baby (mainly because I'm broke lmao), and I know everyone hates it for its white cast, but I really love how it treats my skin. I layer a few drops of Naturium vitamin C oil and it helps blend the zinc into my beard line and facial crevasses

Hey, why can’t I get this shipped to Dubai ???
How about Zo Obaji sunscreen please
Hello Dr.

❤️🙌🏽
And she chose the perfect two to line up her one at the end lol.
where did you order ??
Just received my inzincable today. I must say it’s such a tiny bottle for the price and shipping I paid.
Tried a little on my hand and it’s truly invisible and glowy. Looks beautiful on the skin.
But, please please work on the pricing and shipping or make bigger size for us to repurchase.
Yep. It’s too small and too expensive which is why I cannot purchase. :(
I agree, I also want to purchase but the sunscreen is $35 and shipping for me is $21. Way too expensive

I live in India and the price to ship it here is 3 times the cream 🤪
This cream could be a big sucsses in India I dont understand why dont she put it in Nyka, amazonindia or something like that.
I tried to look for it but only posibility is getting shipped from the UK.

I have been using the Neutrogena sensitive skin mineral sunscreen. The hyperpigmentation on my cheeks and my acne has cleared up dramatically since I've used it
Does it leave a white cast on your face?
Hi @Stacy Neal, is it really worked for pigmentation? How many times in day have u used? Please let us know
Thank you!
what brand benzoyl peroxide you use?
You can get this from any pharmacy
I’m using Inzincable and love it. Honestly it’s so hydrating and moisturising. I used the colorascience and found it drying like Is clinical. My second fav after inzincable is Eururcin Photoaging SPf 50. No white cast at all and no peeling.
It’s amazing. It scared me at first. It does have bluish cast once added but it goes away after 10-20 seconds. I love it.
Is eurocin physcial?
@@moiLawUk no, their products are chemical.
Can you give your opinion/review of Heliocare sun cream please?

Couldn’t help noticing a cut in the video at 8:10 when you were rubbing on Inzincable. Would love to see an uncut video where you trial Inzincable on people who are different shades of brown.
I currently use a chemical sunscreen ‘Neutrogena age shield face’ SPF 110, which is the best feeling on skin and under makeup sunscreen that I have tried to date.
Try some japanese sunscreens
does the Neutrogena one sting around your eyes? I always find alot of chemical sunscreens that start stinging around my eyes around the end of the day even if I don't rub my eyes.
Me too
I love your channel and have gained so much insight into my skincare routine and my skin has never looked better!!
I found the same when I used Colorscience even in the darker shade. So I've stopped using it as I don't like to wear make-up to cover the white cast.
Same. Never had sun spots or hypermentation until I started using some sunscreens.
avoid clinique mineral apparantky that sunscreen failed a which test the uva!!
Exactly my situation . I am in Canada and shipping cost was same as for product :( i was so disappointed
I'm in the Caribbean and between the exchange rate and the shipping, I can buy about 10 tubes of the sunscreen I currently use!
Unfortunately It's not affordable for me either. I live in Austria, so in the EU. But the costs are wayyy too high for my budget😥
I currently use the Hawaiian Tropic mineral face lotion SPF 30 and the Bondi Sands face lotion fragrance free SPF 50 for my face.
Same! I really wanted to try it. But the currency difference and shipping it would be about $50 for 1 tube 😒
Dr.
Love you! Words can’t describe my gratitude for making me understand my own skincare routine. Thanks a million

Hi, I would love to use inzincable BUT the shipping to the US is not within my budget. 😪

@@armenta4alicia Yes so happy to hear! So many people loved that sunscreen so much. It was the only Korean brand that was good for deeper skin tones.

Hi! did you try the inzincible? if so, how did it work for you?
Love all your videos, would love to try the sunscreen! I understand that skinceuticals is expensive but your. sunscreen to Canada is costing more than 60 dollars USD which is a crazy expensive price.
Right now I’m loving paula’s choice resist super-light sunscreen! It’s pure mineral sunscreen and it’s tinted! Great ingredients, moisturizing, no white cast, and it’s nice for oily skin.
Are u dark skinned? Am dark skinned and I want smthg that leaves no white cast
I just received the 4 Inzincable sunscreen I ordered from Canada, it only took 10 days to arrive and it is excellent for my dark skin. I shared it with my kids and they all loved it. I am about to order another set to stock up. Thanks
Where did you order these from Canada, please?
Also, will we eventually be able to purchase more than 2 products at a time from your store just to make it worthwhile for shipping and duty costs.

I’d love to know your thoughts on this product.
is it nutregena sheer zinc???or dry touch??plz clear which one
I have dry acne prone skin, so I don't really mind the dewy look, but i wouldn't mind a matte version just to see the difference :)
I'm a cheapskate at heart so the fact that I went and bought this says a lot lol It was a bit expensive but not as much as it is for other people (because I'm in the UK). I really hope you can come out with a body suncreen version because that would be even better! but I don't know if the price might be a bit too expensive for me.
I would love to try it as well.
Yes it’s very dewy shiny. I would prefer matte. But I put a mineral powder on top to matte it.
I am using Biossance - Squalane & Zinc Sheer Mineral Sunscreen.
I do want to try Dr V’s one though.
That’s what I was using right before I got my Dr V sunscreen. Biossance will probably continue to be my favorite due to the shipping cost of Dr V’s sunscreen.

I use Eucerin Dairy Hydration Lotion. 2 in 1 Moisturizer + Sunscreen fragrance free. I love it
I was so excited about getting the inzincable that I ordered 2!

Shipping is very poor, something they need to look into. I live in the UK and received shipment after 3 weeks ... like what the heck!!!
Use Blue Lizard per dermatologist but it does leave a whitish cast. Use only a small amount and spreads quite well.

I love Algenist sunscreen SPF 50, no irritation and I can live with the light white screen it creates.
I’m currently using Paula’s Choice Calm mineral moisturiser with Broad spectrum SPF 30 and I also use the colorescience but I don’t always want to use a tinted moisturiser. I’m definitely going to have to try some of the ones you mentioned in this video.
❤️
I actually spent some time last night looking for specific reviews on PC’s Calm spf (for oily skin). Does it leave a white cast? What is the finish like?
@@At0micAllison I have used it but leaves my dark skin grey 😥, however it feels good on my skin
Sure
Dr V, it is also formulated with your fav Vit C- THDA!
Inzincable is amazing! What usually takes me a few minutes to blend in, inzincable blends in less than 30 seconds! Will you come out with larger volume bottles, Dr. V???
Possibly x
Yesss larger bottles!!!
Payal pratap ... where do u get inzincable from in india? Do suggest
How much is it in indian rupees?
Sorry I live in the US!
Hi,who lives in South Africa 🇿🇦 and has the inzincable already?
Hi Dr V thanks for all these videos for your SOC family! I really want to try Inzincable but the shipping to Australia is AUD38 almost the same price as one bottle - AUD48. Can you please make inzincable available on other websites to make shipping to Australia cheaper? I know it will be the best mineral sunscreen I will ever try!
🤎
Try shop n ship
Agree with you. I paid AUD86 for 1unit. My own way of supporting her and saying thank you for all she does.
I’m using neutrogena sheer zinc because it is easily available in my country. I hate the way it looks but I don’t really go anywhere so it’s fine
May i know which one you are using tinted one?
I've used inzincaple and it seems too heavy for reapplication. I sinks well and looks glowy on first application but can't reapply more than once.
💛🙌🏽
Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen and Black Girl Sunscreen have been the best I’ve tried so far.
Hi Dr V, thank you so much for the recommendations they’re a life saver! Just a quick question about the tinted one, since you usually recommend spf50 - do you think this product offers sufficient protection? Thank you! :)
Can you please suggest best sunscreen available in Indian market for during pregnancy and post pregnancy period..
While I am waiting for your sunscreen to be available for purchase here in Australia, I am using Ultra Violette Lean Screen. It's also a mineral sunscreen, broadspectrum, spf 50+, no white cast - my asian skin is loving it :p Also perfect for makeup...but it is hard to top-up on top of makeup...and that is why I am looking forward for your sunscreen :)
desperately needed this comment thank you. I'll test it out soon and let you know how it goes (if i remember) xx
Thanks for the video! Now that it’s summer, please could you recommend more drugstore sunscreens? 😘
Yes
@@vanitarattan
Yeeeeesss!! Thank you. 😊
What is your opinion of Clinique super city block spf 40?
Im using dr.V and I love it! I wouldn't use anything else. Love the texture, blends well.
Separately
I would love to use invincible but the postage to New Zealand is unfortunately quite prohibitive. I use an Australian sunscreen called Invisible Zinc which has 25% zinc oxide as its main active ingredient & no whites. It is absolutely wonderful. It also comes in a tinted version specifically for the face. If it is available in your part of the world, it is a definite winner!
Sorry, inzincable! Hate auto correct 😝
I’ll do a video
For dry skin please suggest high brand physical sunscreen
I’ve never used any sunscreens but after watching your videos, I decided to try cetaphil ultra-light lotion SPF 50. Not really what I want as you always advice us to go for mineral sunscreen, so I would love to try the inzincable🥰
My biggest worry is that inzincable is not sold in Australia and I am a bit concern that the shipping cost would outweigh the purchasing cost of a tiny bottle but I would definitely love to try your products❤️❤️❤️
Cetaphil is great and will do what you need. Physical sunscreen is recommended but in no way necessary
