      Thank you so much, I've been always practicing all your techniques, and am always happy with the results, I am diagnosed with glaucoma, and I do follow up with my medical checkups and also with your glaucoma exercise video what can I do to a blurry vision on my right eye, and at times it aches me so much at times.

      Well I hope none of you decide to have a career in IT or anything to do with computers. You think online school is bad, try having a career where 90+% of your job requires you to be staring at screens for at least 8 hours a day.

    This exercise is amazing my eye pressure went from 38 to 18 in two weeks. And the doctor says I don't have glaucoma any more 😀😀😀😀

      Congratulations! I just found this video and was wondering if placing pressure on my eyes would cause glaucoma. After trying multifocal contacts I have had terrible new issues with my eyes that were triggered and sooo confused as to what to do.

      @@austingohofficial In the second palm movements you showed open palms rotating from upper position outward up and around for 10 sec.. Then you demonstrated the open palms rotating together in the same direction for 10 sec. Yet i believe U said reverse. This leads me to believe the hands will be moving in a circular motion inwards instead of outward and in opposite directions. Perhaps there are more steps in this portion of the exercise. 🤔

    Guys, it works! I have a chronic eye strain from working on the computer all the time. My eye doctor said there is nothing wrong with my eyes. They are very healthy and my glasses are just right. Still I had daily issues with watery, tired eyes... until I started to do these exercises. They are phenomenal! They immediately give me a fresh unstrained feeling and my eyes feel better every day.

      @@hassanmusehassan5398 < It really worked for me. I don't have any underlying issue with my eyes though. The exercises had a refreshing and relaxing effect on my eyes. You need to try it a few times to feel their effect.

    I have high myopia since birth. Now I am 25 and my power is -13.They say there is no cure for myopia but i believe beyond that. I believe I CAN heal my eyes. The healing process has started. Please bless me❤

    My grandmother has been completely blind in both eyes for the past 4 years due to glaucoma and a cataract. After doing these excercises for a few minutes a day for about 2weeks. She is now able to see bright lights, the shadow of things moving Infront of her and she was able to see the outline of the TV. I am truly thankful to Dr Goh for his amazing videos.

    Because of this quarantine I’ve been on technology devices all day everyday and this has been so helpful :( sometimes I think I have an eye infection because of how irritated my eyes gets from strain

      i feel the same way, i limit my time from 7-8 hours a day, to 30minutes to 1 hour a day

      Update: this exercise actually really helped! I also ordered some blue light blocking glasses from eyebuydirect and tbh that has helped as well. Taking small breaks every 30 min to an hour is also great and remember to keep hydrated!

      Im 14 . Pretty sure its from playing my xbox that my eyes are like this . I find if i stare at something only one eye focuses and the other goes somewhere and starts giving pain

      I am 16 lmao but the same problem happen to me when i was on the conputer to much back when i was like 12 years old
      i was trying to get rid of the pain form my eyes but think god it don't hurt no more thanks to these apps that help my eys out when i am gaming or pretty much anything.

    Grandma from New Zealand…I had really weird lights revolving round my eyes nearly all the time...it was a bit scary and I couldn’t cope with artificial light…my son googled it and said it was eye strain…I did these exercises for 3 weeks and now my eyes are great! No lights! I am so grateful Austin…you are brilliant! I continue to do these exercises a couple of times a week..to keep my eyes young and lovely!!!

      hi I think I'm having the same problem as you. it hurts so much when I roll my eyes and I'm seeing word tornado like circles when I close my eyes and roll them I've had this pain for two years and am only 15, does this really work?

    I've ruined my eyesight with constant, -constant- staring at a screen of one sort of another. If I'm not working on the computer, I'm studying on the computer, if I'm not studying, I'm arting on the computer, if I'm not arting, I'm gaming on the computer... etc .etc.
    I think I have a life-time of strain on my eyes. I always feel tired because of this life style.
    These exercises make my eyes feel wonderful. How many of you have seen improved eye-sight with this wonderful video? :)

      Eat dried black currants it helps with eye strain together with the exercise above in the video. Calendula included n more vitamin a n lutein

    Hi Austin! I would just like to tell you that how much I appreciate your video. I wear glasses for my bad eyesight. And i gave a try to your exercise, did it for couple days. I noticed that my lazy eye work better and I was amazed at how quickly that big difference was seen, i was shocked. This exercise helped me a thing that i struggeled with since childhood. I will share your video and keep doing this exercises every morning. Thank you very much and I can’t say in words how happy and confident im now.       @@yohanasihotang2997 Its +1 both. Just so i can read sings while driving not that bad. But getting worse using it more. As a kid doc order me to use glasses and eyepaches. Didint like them and the attention it brings. Now im 27 and learned u can improve ur lazyeye with exercises. My parrents didint tell me that when i was younger. I went to doc my and asked them to eyesurgery and they told me about exersices. Still didint do it till i found this and saw some improvment and i started doing this and penexercise. 1week in and improved alot i will keep doing it.

      And also since your eyes are focus in one spot for hours and not looking in any other direction, the muscles become weak at those angles. So they need to be strengthen again. It's like only exercising your arms in one direction for so long and not training your legs, so they stay weak. Also glasses makes you eyes worse because you are forcing your eyes to look at something directly in front them to see far away, reenforcing what I explained above.

    This REALLY helps a lot! it's been around a month I started doing this exercise twice a day along with other indian remedies to remove my 1.5 number specs, and now, after around 1 continuous month of eye care, my number has dropped to 0.25! I still do eye care, hoping my specs to go away soon! Thank you so much sir! Your videos are truly very helpful!

    I have chronic pain pretty much everywhere do to various conditions ..today along with the usual was a terrible migraine..I did your migraine video and felt instant relief and caught where you said in your information that migraines were caused by pressure in the eyes, sinuses and ears! so I found this video and the one on sinus release and it helped even more!     I have been doing it from 3 weeks and yes it has helped me to improve my eyesight very much.

    After doing it for two months my eyesight has improved from -5.5 to -4.25. yeah I also practice Bates method and eye movements with this exercise.

    I've learned this technique in my Qi Gong and Tai Chi class. I still practice it on a daily basis for 11 years now and it does wonder. Just remember to NOT put pressure on your eye balls.

    I played lots on my phone in my spare time. When I work, I need stare on screen all the time. I felt my right eye is so strain and couldn’t get it settled. I tried other exercises and it couldn’t improve till I tried this video. It is simple and effectiveI felt some relief instantly. Thanks for sharing.

    Alright guys. I am going to start doing these exercises and update you all every day. Currently I do not wear glasses and never have. I have blurry vision because of too much screen time. I am desperate to heal my eyes without any glasses so here we go!
    Day 1
    What I done:
    I done all the exercises he told me to do, in the order he done it, messing up a little but that's okay.
    Feeling any different?:
    My eyesight stays the same but I feel more relaxed and less strain on my eyes. Considering this is the first day I am not expecting any differences.
    What I am going to do:

      @@michal8625 I started to feel better in about 2 weeks, feeling the flesh around my eyes became thicker. It did take time to do the work, I did it at least 3 times a day, didn't feel too much until 2 full weeks, so don't give up if you don't feel too much improvement for the first few days.

      @@raghavkakkar6647 I have been doing it at least 2-3 times everyday. Now I don't feel eyestrain or high pressure anymore, and there are other eye massage methods on YT, they basically achieve the same result, choose those you feel best.
      These methods progress slowly and need to be done daily forever, I guess many people would give up while not seeing results immediately.

      @@berryblush3703 Well I mostly did this for the eye strain part- not to improve my vision.. (Yes I do wear glasses but I don't have to wear them all the time) so I'm not one to really say if it works for improving vision but it DOES work for eye strain :) Does that help

    Thank you Austin. I love the part where you rub your palms together and then place on your eyes. I can really feel the lovely calming energy going right through. Our eyes are so very important and it’s only when we start having problems with them that we give them the loving attention they deserve, devoting time to focus on them and treat them with the respect they truly deserve. The eyes are so magnificent. I am 100 per cent convinced that smart phone screens and computer screens are terrible for our eyes. Good luck to all on this thread taking care of their eyes.     Hi sir, I've been trying your exercises for like a week and I think it reduces the strain. I have a problem in my left eye which I don't know but I have blurry vision and I can only see clearly onto my hands length. When I push it firmly it feels like my vision became clear, do you have any other exercises on this specific problem?

      Y’all should go for eye checkup as soon as possible I had same problem and turned out my vision was low -0.75 for my left eye and 0.25 for my right, I wear specs now.

      I told my eye doctor about doing these exercises and he said it was all nonsense, I told him my floaters went away and he said it was just a coincidence. Doctors do not want you to heal yourself. Thanks Austin, I will continue to follow you.

    This exercise is amazing. I can actually read outdoors without my reading glasses now. Also all the “fire crackers” ( I have had them checked out, by the eye specialist.) in my left eye have suddenly disappeared. I have had them for almost three years. I do this exercise twice a day.     Guys it's really works ,I was following the exercise just to give relax to my eyes & I visited the hospital yesterday ,Dr. told me that my power decreased .it was -2.5 but now it is -1.5 .I'm so happy.Thankyou so much ❤

      Same, my vision became -2.0 and the doctor gave me a month to reduce my screen time and use eye drops or else I'd have to get glasses. I did that plus i did the eye exercises in this video twice a day, every single day. After 1 month, my vision was -0.5 and 0.0 in the other eye!

      @@amanjini2144 hey, i did the exercises showed in this video itself, twice a day for 2 months. But you should know that my eye power was high mainly because of excessive screen time which caused a *temporary* strain in my eye sight.
      On my first visit to the eye doctor I was able to read everything on the chart and almost all the lenses that were tried on me were blurry so it was sure that my eyes were fine just that they were strained and tired from long hours of screen time.
      My doctor just gave me eye drops for dry eyes and told me to reduce my screen time and said that then my power would become normal but if i didn't do so, i might have to get glasses.
      So I did reduce my screen time and used the eye drops religiously but it wasn't enough, my eye muscles still felt strained to me, so I did these exercises and after every session my eye muscles felt very relaxed and my vision was clear too!
      So i definitely give credits to this video too in reducing my eye power.

      P.S. in short, I didn't have glasses before going to the doctor. My vision was 20/20 before. Just that during corona everything was online so long hours of screen time caused me *temporary* strain and blurred my vision upto -2.0 in both eyes.

      @Mahfuj Faiz, for dry eyes it is better to give your body more water. if you change the dried foods into special foods with a lot of water you feel better. for example soup, boiled food in water or steam. try to do Austin' exercises every day. I really believe these exercises.

    I’m gonna do this starting tomorrow and I will update 😃
    edit 1) so i did it and my right eye improved a little bit i hope it stays like that tomorrow
    edit 2) i did it again and my eyes feel so refreshed but they’re still blurry because my eyes need to get used to the surroundings still
    edit 3) im going to start doing it daily now

    day 1) when i was doing the part where i had to get my finger and run it against my eyes my eyes started to get blurry but i hope it works❤️
    day 2) so i feel much more relaxed and i can tell that my eyes are adjusting quick and aren’t as lazy!!
    day 3) right eye definitely improved
    day 4) right eye improved a little but let me tell you if i can see the significant changes then it should mean it changed a lot !
    day 5) at swim practice today i noticed my right eye got a lot better. Thanks !
    day 6) actually did improve a lot but i would like to know does crying effect your eyesight badly because i keep on crying :(
    day 7) no significant changes. but my right eye hurts every time i press down on it. it’s probably from my swimming goggles.
    day 8) it was nice and relaxing !
    day 9) definitely see little changes!! i am skipping the ones where you push down on the eyes because it hurts my eyes, and i think it just makes my eyes hurt.
    day 10) yup my right eye is almost 20/20 vision!! and my left eye feels great!! both my eyes feel well and relaxed thx so much!!
    i stopped. my right eye was hurting a lot and i think it was because of this. thank u so much this worked except it hurt 😂❤️

    Yo this is really helpful , i really regret my past actions for abusing my eyes from the devices ive been using . Probs cause some eye genes were passed onto me astigmatism or myopia whatever. Ive been looking for some ways to improve my eyes so thanks.

    I love the exercises, I found your video a few weeks ago and have been doing the exercises 2x a day and found an improvement in my night vision and my reading vision but that I find that comes and goes.

    Wow, too many positive feedbacks.
    My left eye vision is currently blurry and I would like try these eye exercise starting tomorrow morning and will be back after 1 or 2 weeks. Hope my eyesight gets better.

    Man my eyes & head have been straining from staring at the comp plus cuz of the heat, Thank you this was helpful, I will try to do this everyday

    I cant see further objects very clear.
    Neither in school can i see the board clearly.
    Do I am attempting to this for the next few weeks to see what happens..
    Day 1: I tried this for the first time and seriously my eyes feel so much more fresh now!
    Day 2: Feels very fresh. Not sure about my eyesight yet. I watch my phone like 6-7 hours or more maybe. So this is helping a lot.

    I was diagnosed with high eye pressure condition like a month ago, Doctor told me come after 4-5 weeks to do detailed eye pressure check. I was kinda worried then, but then I wanted to do some eye exercises by myself if that can help. When I searched for Gluecoma eye exercises, I found this and another video. I started doing exercises mentioned in these videos regularly for like 4-5 weeks. After that I went to check my eye pressure again where they will do full day check, like 4-5 test every 2 hours. After the test was done, doctor told me that right now pressure is very normal. I also tried to maintain normal weight for my age and height as I heard it somewhere that it also helps.
    Now I have another check up after 6 months. Idk if these exercises were the real reason why my eyes pressure were normal but they seems to be working for me. I am doing these exercises regularly and I can also see some improvements in my vision. Thanks to the person behind this video a lot, this information was very helpful.

    Austin thank you so much! This video has helped me three years ago ( I also emailed you then, because of the problems I had with my eyes and you were so kind to answer me always). I had again some weird stuff going on at one of my eyes and obviously I remembered this video. I did it for three weeks (and now i will still continue, because I want to take care of my eyes even when i am not having a problem with them) and these exercises saved me again. In the mean time I had a visit to the doctor and he said to me that in my case people usually take medicine and was surprised that i overcame it myself. So for that I should thank you a lot! I am very grateful to you.
