I love the Salem‘s Lot audiobook narrator (who I cannot remember) was just standing. I love the book and I love the series. I don’t know which I love more. Recently I listen to Jerusalem’s lot read by Colin Fox. It was uploaded on another channel because of copyright. It was taken down. Absolutely wonderful narration, music sound effects. Everything was just perfect. I’m so glad you uploaded it. In four parts, but you know what it doesn’t matter. I’m so glad it’s there for me to listen to again and again I absolutely love it. Thank you again.
Respect man,an incredible channel and l also remember 'Salem's Lot being on BBC1 at 9.25 on a Monday ( just after news) l believe in November 1980,l think that was the time every kid of my generation was introduced to Tobe Hoopers masterpiece and had sleepless nights for a month or two after Ralphie Glick appeared at the window! I waited outside a theatre here in Dublin to meet my idol David Soul who was performing in a play but he never came out,l spent about five hours waiting but no joy,I still have that SL Obsession which infected me at nine and never left,great to see a dedicated SL fan and a Brummie!? Subbed and off to explore and like your other vids,I've really enjoyed the Jerusalem's Lot audio book you posted too,excellent work and it's really appreciated by a fellow SL Nut!
You could be right! It's so far back,I do remember it was over three nights,maybe it was 1981!? Either way it changed any 7-12 year olds lives forever back then,great collection man!
Not sure if you are on Reddit but the "Stephen King" subreddit is huge! Salems lot comes up a lot on it,huge interest in the Film and book plus the pre/post short stories, you would be a valuable asset to the Community and if you spread the news of your channel on there you'll get tons of subs/hits l reckon.
@@salemslotuk I just checked & according to a BBC archive it was broadcast on Mon 7th September & Wed 9th Sept 1981. I still remember to this day watching it with my family. Sat there enjoying our chips until Barlow's 1st appearance in the jail cell, everybody jumped, chips went flying & the dog was happy as he pounced on the spilt food 😄
