David Soul always struck me as a really cool, great guy. I only wish he had been given the opportunity to have performed in more movies and tv shows. Starsky and Hutch is my favorite police show ever and Salem's Lot is a top three Horror film for me. He was excellent in both. Rest in peace Mr. Soul; you will be missed.
David Soul was a great actor , even had a few hit records . It can be easy for younger people to forget what a huge star this man was in the ‘70s . I loved watching Starsky and Hutch as a kid and Salem’s Lot is one of my favourite films . He was a part of my memories of childhood so thank you David and rest in peace . I’m sure he’s looking down realising how much people still think of him

Salem's Lot will always be one of my favorite movies of any genre, not just horror.
I enjoyed Starsky & Hutch reruns as well.
