I got sick on my boots after drinking about 10 pints of Guinness on Sunday. I can say the renewbuck foaming cleaner and nap brush brought them back to new. 100% recommend.
Bought a small bottle of renewbuck, which comes with no spray head, it says mix it with water to create foam. But it never creates foam at all. Didn't see how it could help in that way. Or only the one with spray is useful??
Yes I agree definitely brush afterwards to spread even out the balm proofer, theres some other timberland malaysia video on youtube showing brushing afterwards
Yo I cleaned my boots and they still dark like they haven’t dried wtf?! I used angelus easy cleaner and a microfiber towel to wipe off. I also used a soft bristle brush
I used a cleaning kit I got from the Timberland outlet and I feel they after I used it- my timberland boots look white/ lighter and don’t have that normal color that they did
@@flixflex3968 hey mate, thoroughly spray your boots with protector spray including the laces. Let your boots dry for a few hours and then wear them and you're good to go. Some aftercare tips: avoid stepping in things that will stain your boots (obviously), if you do get the occasional dirt mark just wipe it off as soon as you can (don't smudge it in), use water and a microfiber cloth, and reapply spray once per year to top up the protective coating.
@@darkknight17 Do you give them a quick spray as per video? Timberland bottle i have says do a back and forth motion and let them dry for 24 hours. I'm scared of this stuff leaving water marks too as per one review on Timberlands website.
@@Targus28 hey mate, ensure the surface of the boots are *thoroughly coated* that's all that matters. If you miss a part of the boot, that will be the part that will get dirty and stand out. I use a soft bristle brush when the boots are wet to *ensure even spread of application and to get the protectant liquid into all nooks and crannies and stitching evenly.* I've got Timberland 6 inch premium boot pairs in wheat, green, and black. You won't regret it. 😉🙂👊🏼
To be honest, Timberlands aren't even worth all that effort. There are way better boots out there. But good video on the explanation of a how to. Good deal.
timberlands are pretty solid work boots considering how comfortable they are but i think for most of their customers it’s more of a vanity deal so I can see why the effort would be put in yunno?
i think they are more than worth it. i have a pair of timberlands since 2011 for casual wear and they look brand new. the soles are gone by now, but a new set of vibram soles can easily give them 10 more years. so, taking care for something that is a classic piece of footwear that is so durable (for normal use), i would say it totally worths the effort.
Worst shoe in history, no arch support, weighs 700 tons so you pendulum swing legs, can't walk on them because it's essentially men's high heels, the only thing you can do is awkwardly stand there 20mins saying 'i got timbs' before removing them lest your foot turns into battlefield

I just recently got sick on mine and threw them away in shame. Now I’ll know what do do if I mess up my new pair
Great … straight to the point 👍

Good heavens I almost spray my timberlands wet with balm proofer. Anyway lesson learned.

Not recomended
Thank you for useful tips! 😁👍
Can't find the Balm Proofer anywhere now. Has it been discontinued?
Any hints on how to get a small grease stain out? I’ve used the foam and it’s cleaned well but not got the grease stain out

If you’re going to do a demo, at least do it properly.
I bought these shoes. So annoying. The slightest bit of dirt shows and stains. Hate them.
Should have used a protector spray mate. My Timberland boots are 3 years old and look like NEW.
@@darkknight17 I just got them. Should I only spray them with protector spray or are you supposed to do something else?

Just buy yourself a pair. This video is just for Timberland lovers. You clean it yourself and don’t instruct someone else…
