Ive been working for years in a clothing and can tell you the label is supposed to tell the truth of an item but even the poor label gets manipulated, eg, the merchandise gets inported in bulk from the fake manufacturers (you know from where) for next to nothing, then the poor label gets cut out and replaced by a socalles for real label produced in your country that is probably well known for the real brand🤷♂️and its just very very dificult to catch these con businessmen out.
Otherwise, I have an original pair (bought in the brand's physical store in a shopping center) and mine do not have this mark on the heel, in reality many of these variations depend on the place of manufacture and the batch, and that they appear in a fake shoe depends on the characteristics of the original model that they have taken to copy and the sole molds and patterns of the leather parts.

Many people that buy replicas couldn't afford the original anyway, so there is really not much loss for the fashion corporations. Not to nention that funnily enough originals and replicas might be produced in the very same or at least neighboring production plants. That explains why some replicas are so close to their original.

The shoe is cemented construction. Those stitches that you see are decorative. They don't actually hold the shoe to the sole, like a Goodyear welt.
