Thank you for everything you do. We need more doctors, lawyers, officers, nurses, and leaders, but we also need people like you to show us how we can care for ourselves, grow what we need to move away from industrial foods, and be good stewards to the Creation. Food is health and health is wealth. Thank you for sharing. Blessings 🖤

I love it when the dog barks and your reaction is hilarious! Just found your channel yesterday. I am glad I found you. I am a farmer with a big garden, chickens, ducks, pigs, cows, donkeys, and an ewe. I also have 10 rescue dogs so I fully understand the barking. Enjoy your videos and you are teaching an old dogs some new tricks. God Bless!

Elizabeth Ellis, Thank you for being a rescuer! I do feral cats, wild rabbits occasionally, squirrel once, and had rescue dogs that passed. And you are lucky to be blessed with a beautiful haven farm! Wonderful.

Mrs. H I am 60 years old and I was raised with Fig trees in almost every yard of each family member. Everyone always had way way more than need so all of us would invite friends and neighbors to come gather what they want. My great grandmother ( lived to 114, living by herself) she shared with us that figs would grow and produce and over produce when there is life and happiness constantly around them. Must be true we had two trees that grew taller than roof line. We loved climbing in it as children. A friend of mine from Israel says this is true they talk to fig trees and plant them along a pathway. Just an FYI. I so enjoy all your videos

I love your story! I live in Oklahoma and friend said when was in California he was told fig trees won’t grow here. Well he loved them so much he snuck 2 trees into Oklahoma! Now this was 50 years ago but though they are not very tall, those fig trees are still going strong! True story!

Thank you….. 🥰🥰 tonight my husband insisted on making chili, had to be the McCormack chili packets. Well it SUCKED!! But he wanted to make it the way he did before we married. So I used your mix recipe and rescued it, not as good as when I used only your mix, but it was better. He now agrees that we use your mix o from now on. Hugs and thank you, you rock in the kitchen.

Oooh I am doing this right now sounds perfect. I live to roast my peppers and onions before making my chili. Tastes great!
Update: made it and it's very very good! Will tell u how chili tastes....i used brown sugar
EDIT: I'm back. Ok then...YES. I will be using this as my new chili base. I followed you and used brown instead of white sugar. I used a basic recipe for chili w ground beef, peppers onions stewed tomatoes, and beans. I slacked on the salt a little since I like to add just a bit to the meat while it cooks. On point. Yes I may tweak it accordingly but for tonight it was PERFECT. thank you and thank you for cutting to the chase! I was right there with you up in my spice cabinet. I will quadruple this recipe next time.
Don't skip the parsley or basil. You don't taste them as stand out spice. They compliment the tomatoes and ingredients! This spice mix/chili base is really really good for real old fashined chili lovers. These would be bomb sprinkled on hot dogs or sausages while frying too

Just wanted to drop you a message...thanks to you I canned 5 quarts of chicken thighs and 2 quarts of ground beef!! I got my All American canner on Tuesday and put everything together and was finished by 5:45 pm. I’m feeling so accomplished and confident. My mother in law has canned for years and said “do not can meat” but I respectfully said I’m following people who show step by step how to do it. I can’t wait to fix supper for her and show how delicious it will be!! Thank you thank you thank you 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
