This practice begins building heat with sun salutations and then goes through standing poses to strengthen, stretch and tone the legs, and exercise the core. The class ends with abdominal exercises, backbends, and hip openers and twists to leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

Thanks, Tim. If you can, please make yoga videos like this of just 20 minutes that will be very helpful. You have that 30-40 minutes videos on your channel but for newcomers and those like me who feel so much exhausted for the day after doing a 40 min video, that will be very effective and valuable.

I don’t think there has ever been a video I haven’t liked! The shorter ones are great for my mornings. I love balancing poses so thank you for including them today. As always Tim you are the best!

I always wish that you could click the "like" button multiple times, as I've done this flow so many times now when I only have 20 minutes. You've squeezed everything in, even a little meditation at the end. It's fantastic. I always feel amazing afterward!!

Really lucky to have access to these sessions. I just attended a 4 day yoga festival and these vids match a lot of the numerous sessions i attended.
Well rounded 20 min practice and love how it ended with savasana, some guided relaxation and some awareness of how good this practice felt! :)

Great video again! I usually enjoy the challenge of the longer videos (40 min) but when I am short on time then it's awesome to have a 20min video to tackle quickly. Just a small suggestion, I find that when you offer between doing a downward dog, or completing a vinyasa, that sometimes, you don't quite leave a long enough pause for those of us who are completing the vinyasa lol and I feel like I'm scrambling to catch up often times when I choose this option. I noticed that when Stacey is doing the poses, you do leave an extra few seconds then. Anyways, you're a fantastic teacher! Thanks again!

Another great 20-minute video, this is perfect for my morning routine before my toddler son wakes up!
Wonderful flow. Thank you Tim. This covered the basics and had such a good rhythm. Periodically, I would love for you to give us gentle posture reminders (how we are holding our hips for example) so that we’re doing the postures correctly while we’re not looking directly at the video while listening to you. Not continually - but for things you know people tend to do incorrectly or forget.
Miriam Bookey oh yah, that’s a good point, i usually do that, but since the video is quicker there isn’t as much time. You should sign up for the conscious movement community if you want more of that

Hey Tim! I would love to see a "level 2" for this type of routine. I've been doing this routine for a past couple of weeks now and absolutely love it. Love the pase and all of the poses, especially all of the standing poses that help build leg strength. It has been the perfect challenge for me, but I feel like I may need something a little more challenging soon! Peace & love.

I appreciate all you do. That being said, I wish there was a way to tell beforehand if a class is going to be this easy. Had I known I would have found another flow that is more challenging.
Absolutely relaxing and refreshing Tim. As always your videos totally help clear my mind, body and soul of all built up stress. I recently forwarded your UA-cam channel and IG page to my daughter again as her life has become very hectic with new work responsibilities and moving out to her own apartment. Although, I feel so alone and really miss her, I am beyond proud that she has spread her wings. I have faith that your videos will help her just as much as they help me remain positive. I love the total body practices and the only idea I can come up with is maybe along with each one add a specific body part area, like abs, lower back, etc. Appreciate all you do. Namaste!
