that was so relaxing! I have pain in my left hand wrist and i think it does help to move body in diffeerent position. I could not use the left hand to do the stretching fully but still I felt bit more strength than usual. Thank youu

Amazing more professionally oriented channel, I've noticed some content online especially from ladies focuses excessively on showcasing flexibility and the body rather than emphasizing the balance of both body and mind that yoga can provide.
