That actually works. I’ll probably need to do it more often with my ADHD

qi gong is based on correct breathing, you may want to show more about how you breathe in a balanced way during the exercises. I think the viewers are not aware of that because that is an important point during qi gong. it is not only doing the movement but also applying the correct breathing. Sink in your body and let the breathing flow true your body so you can relax even more, and it's indeed harder than you think if you do that. I think a lot of viewers would appreciate that. Keep your positivity rolling and have a good day, greetings Yann

you are right, the breathing is important. but! some teacher say "inheal", other "exheal" at the same movement of an exercise. which one is correct? I think both, they have only different effects.

Qigong is an umbrella term invented about 50 years ago describing many different ways to alter and balance health. Many don't use breathing techniques and most old masters advise against any manipulation of breath. If you mean "natural breathing" as correct breathing, then I agree.

All this comes from Buddha. A king who left everything, to give the world this.
I have IPF. Like to try this.
Tomorrow I decorate my temple and start this.
