I kept singing this song in my mind when I was going through a major depression last year. I was in a very dark place. My God walked me through the valley and lead me out of it, I'm happy to say that I am in a beautiful and high places now. He was and is my way maker.

@@khuman-sv6sy i understand and find it very beautiful so to say.
What you describe now is where i would draw the separation, Although they overlap in aspects i’d say.
Prayer revolves around divinity, and meditation around one self. Typically.
Although it really is not important, just figured i would clarify if english wasn’t first language or you misunderstood.
      Good day My friend:-)

I woke up this morning and was looking for some information and this video popped up. So very timely as my mom of 85 yrs yng had a stroke 7 days ago. What a horrific roller-coaster as her caregiver. This is so "at the right time" for me and so beyound appropriate. Im so thankful to you for this video, the information and all your podcasts. I can now for the next 21 days of in-patient rehab, work everyday on this with her and myself. Thank you, thank you, thank you! And today IS Thanksgiving! Great information!

Thank you Jim. We live in France. I have a son, Brian, 22 years old, who also has a broken brain like you had, and I’m confident that he will overcome, like you. Here’s already a demi-chef in a Michelin star restaurant in a palace hotel in Versailles, and he does many things right. It’s been a long haul getting him where he is. Your videos will help me show him the next simple steps to greatness. Thank you for your clarity and depth of information. Keep going please ! Have a blessed day.

Thanks for this video I am actually feeling motivated. My daily extra will be watching one video of yours and sharing it. I will get back with what it will change for me after two weeks wish me luck.

Hi , I try to be positive about things in life. Had stroke and brain bleed. Eat as balanced meals as possible except lunch- had to learn a lot to re-start where I left off. Thinking, talking , walking, and using the left side of body( leg, arm , as well as the brain -and all of that sucks and was an eye opener, I didn’t want to be in the hospital. But nobody has that choice as we all know )Anyway just trying not to be a burden , and looking forward to getting better every day . I can walk- not as far as used to ,but far enough and try to do the thing used to do as before, just not as fast , or not as good. Also learned to be more patient with myself , and let things go . Anger is just not a good color for me . Thank you for sharing your video, you are a very kind and caring person. Thank you and take care . 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️👍👍👍💖💖💖💖

First thing in the morning I am making my bed, drinking 0,5 L of fresh water, then I am meditating for 30 - 40 min, reading one short chapter in my latest book, doing a little sport activity and then walking with my dog. After a good breakfast I feel leveled up! I do this since nearly 3 years now. It has changed my life and it still does.

Hello, Registered Nurse here. Can you do a content on the effect of working night shift (12hrs), and its long-term effects if any? If we still work nights but are able to still get 7 hours of sleep during the day, does this negate the negative effect of not sleeping at night (considering the norm of our circadian rhythm)?

Being an attorney so stressful as every little detail in law is important to know & one mistake can blow a case.
All as an aside, in that profession as a paralegal secretary, noticed best attorneys had good home life, support system & values. Also noticed many most successful had "connections"in the justice system's shady side of juris prudence sadly.
Thus oversight of all government agencies needs more scrutiny to keep justice for all real I concluded even though i just went off topic.
Just keeping sharp is a job in itself & diet with nutritional supplements, nourishing food & relaxation helps so many I've seen personally & amazing results with lifestyle changes.

I am a qualified shiatsu therapist. I really recommend people try a shiatsu inspired lifestyle, including hatha yoga or acuyoga or tai chi, massage (any kind), walking in nature, healthy diet, meditation, sleep, and using modern medicine in moderation. This is really where Jim and other Asian inspired teachers get their foundation teachings from. Namaste. ❤

I eat a lot of vegetables and like meats. Some grains. I’m a day owl and and night owl sometimes.. I recently had to stop watching the news. Two days into doing this. I woke up at 4:30 in the morning and I was simultaneously having five different dreams which I’ve never experienced. I’ve experienced waking up and remembering a few dreams, but this was simultaneous it was very strange, but I’m becoming more spiritual and I’m in connection with a lot a little animals outside all year round. Maybe that’s what’s happening and just the stress maybe I just had to let go and really really dream. I’ve had two days of partial sunshine Pacific Northwest and I work in the yard pretty hard. I got it Canva mess that a lot of things to prune and it’s hard work. I can do only do so much but it makes me feel alive. I definitely am a sun person and during the winter after about January, just waiting for that warmer weather we go sit outside when it’s 50° we can find a sunny spot my Chihuahua and I, put a little blanket on if it’s wet too early to work in the yard. Outside sunshine for me is the best. Last couple summers we’ve had some heat waves up here 100° and 12° only for a night or so but we do have our hot weather and I refuse to go inside because I say I want to enjoy this while it’s here, because we only have so many of those nights, and I am going to be outside, sit outside, and then watch all the animals that come out at night. But the News I had to take a break from four years of watching this up-and-down roller coaster, and I just said enough is enough I need a break it’s taking a toll, but I know at the end of the day we are more than this life. While we’re here we just need to keep getting up going to work working around our homes enjoying our family as much as possible. Be careful when you’re out there work in the yard just do it little by little I’m 62 years old so I’m fine but I know I have to know how to been the right ways. I feel in three days that I haven’t watched the news a thing or two popped up I feel like 1 million bucks compared to being inundated. I was just obsessing and I just said I can’t do this. This is not my psyche. This is not who I am whatever will be will be. There is something so much better here if you find it but in the next life for sure🕊🌎🌍🌏

Movement, activity and exercise should all be one. As a holistic trainer, I love working to enhance the way a human is created to work, move and be active. Also how the mind/subconscious and brain engage and become stronger and more on fire via exercise, is why I do my business.
