Doctor Dewbie You should try Test Drive Unlimited on Hardcore, you’d probably love it. I can send you a vid on how to get the game for free if you’d like. It’s from 2006 but with the Platinum mod it adds over 850 cars and interior for each. Also, it has multiplayer. Doctor Dewbie Definitely. It’s back alive because of a new mod called Test Drive Unlimited Platinum, you’ve got to look it up if you’re a fan. It basically combines some of the best of over a decade of mods

I can find any track I like, and the RSS Formula Hybrid F1 cars are simply amazing. Plus I can use my VR headset and be in the car myself instead of watching a "video feed" on a flat screen.
The G29 works perfect on PS4, but has serious Problems with Project Cars 2 on PC. Sometimes the wheel doesn’t work and you have to delete the wheel-settings in Project Cars 2 to reset this bug. If you are a PC Gamer go for Thrustmaster!
I read that it is the game that is bugged. It changes the registry file and screws up other games. Not sure if the game was updated or Logitech G Hub had an update that fixed things, but I haven't had problems these last month or two playing PC2, Dirt Rally or Forza.
I have a G920. I would like to know when is Logitech going to build the next step in sim driving wheels, as other manufacturers have already done. Better wheel, with a FB with more sensations, bigger wheel, better pedals ... and better gearshift? I love Assetto Corsa, and see Automobilista 2, Reyza's Physics + PC2's graphics...
The OG Assetto Corsa and PC2 are my go-to's. Also, Motostorm 1, while obviously not a sim by ANY means, was so damn fun and I am sad that Evolution Studios changed the physics in the subsequent titles, but even sadder that they were shuttered... I want more Motorstorm!!!
The trouble is that on consoles, pc2 and dirt rally are impossible to play (on budget wheels at least) because there’s an input delay which you don’t get on PC. The settings make no difference and I know it’s a console issues because on a friends PC this doesn’t happen but I means for me on Xbox I cannot play PC2 or dirt rally because all cars are impossible to read and react to as they are doing things completely out of your control. It really needs sorting!
I'd also recommend Forza Horizon 4 (as others have) for people who have a racing wheel. It's not what I'd call a "sim" but it is by far the most *fun* I've ever had with my wheel.
WhalesTasteGreat Yeah, I tried the Forza 6 Apex and Horizon 4 demo and its pretty awful. Horizon 4 is made for controller sliding everywhere and such. I’d love an open world game with good wheel physics!
@@APsupportsTerrorism its not the wheel thats trash, i mean sure logitech wheels are trash but you need a PC and play iRacing or RF2 that use CAD data from the cars so wheels work perfectly
No mention of GRID (2019)? I know it's more on the simcade side of things, but the way these Logitech wheels react to the newer GRID games is phenomenal right out of the box.
This is adorable... Why would you use a G29 in the office.. Yeah you need to sell them but if you are gonna use a wheel.. You should be using a Thrustmaster or a Fanatec.
Where was Assetto Corsa? AC Competizione is a good game, but I prefer the normal version of Assetto Corsa due to it's modding potential and it's large community.
It's a great wheel, some with higher end wheels have negative views about the feel of the logitech wheels with them being gear driven for the force feedback but it does it very very well.like anything there's always better and better wheels beyond say the logitech but it does what it does very very well.10 out of 10 for me and unless you can get a higher end wheel for the same money I just can't see why anyone would purchase anything beyond a starter wheel I e a logitech or thrustmaster gear driven wheel.i find the logitech fantastic and can't see me ever buying a higher end wheel but I play casually.it really is a great wheel
Good list, indeed only the original AC is missing - but that’t probably by design, only the most current title at the time of writing and no other considerations. Only replaced my trusty old DFGT a couple of weeks ago - in the end not going for the G29 although it certainly offered the most bang for the Buck and that’s why it took me more than a year to make up my mind, and it was still close. Long story short - that DFGT will not go away as it still works great and has better legacy support than my new wheel. Logitech certainly managed to sprinkle some pixie dust on that old wheel and I believe the G29/G920 share that legacy.
The brake pedal stiffness is fine, some racecars can have very stiff brake pedals, the only problem is that it needs to be linear, the way logitech has made it half of the way is very soft and the last half is very heavy
@@SSmallwood Its outdated because most of the consumer wheels nowadays are belt driven, whereas the logitech g29 and g920 are still gear driven. Logitech needs to up their game and deliver some new wheels with more force feedback and better smoothness with belt driven force feedback
F1 2018 is one to go for me...very nice control....got problems to set my wheel for assetto corsa....have no FF there...my wheel is Thrustmaster Force feedback RGT clutch edition...older one ..but still awesome....works amazing with eurotruck simulator
"The FFB from Codemasters here is top notch" erm sorry to burst your bubble, but even Codies would have to disagree considering they are still working on fixing/improving it. This must be a paid add for all the games mentioned, or Logitech are drinking their marketing Coolade.
Automobilista 2, Mudrunner/Snowrunner. Got your wheel (g920), guys. Very nice build. Please make Logitech FFB wheels ecosystem: detachable wheels, adjustable pedals (brake pedal is too hard from the box), handbrake, sequential shifter, different kinds of FFB systems (belt driven, direct drive). People mod your kits by themselves. You have great product quality, why stop at that? Fanatec is too expensive, Thrustmaster is poorly made and unreliable. That's your chance to step in!
Dirt Rally does not have any Vintage cars. A Vintage car is manufactured between 1919 - 1930. It would certainly be a lot of fun if they added a couple in the game but I doubt it'll ever happen.
Don't listen to him. The iRacing NASCAR Monster Energy Cup champion multiple years running doesn't even use a G29 - he uses a G27. If you can't win with it then you're just making excuses for yourself. If you're in Project Cars 2 at all I recommend the "Jack Spade FFB Files" (Google)
Very surprising it’s not on this list. AC has a very active community and modding community....way more then rF2 I’d say. I personally don’t like the way AC cars drive but the ffb is pretty good. I do appreciate that title and totally understand how many like it.
@@kolysion164 I don't agree project cars2 is a sim, it's way too easy to save a car and the drifting in project cars 2 is totally unexceptable, some cars are way too easy to handle but some are undriveable, the understeer effect in the game is too strong, i feel like im understeering in every single turn, the penalty system also sucks however i did really good job in Assetto corsa and raceroom, at least i can do under 7:03 in nurburgring nordshlief tourist lap with gt3 rs
TFvB well if you do buy Logitech, especially for console, you are stuck in their eco-system. Compared to other companies such as thrustmaster, you are missing out on a lot.
Logicrap! After hard driving and sone drifting it will have the nastiest loudest squeak from the cheap internal motors. Such bad quality and extremely poor feeling of the cars on tracks compared to my tx servo. I wish I never spent money on logitech

Same. I enjoyed it so much more than Assetto Corsa. In AC every car just understeers.
Better list than I expected from Logitech... I was expecing Need for Speed-like games to be in the video.
Need for speed isnt listed, most likely because their games dont support wheels
2:14. tHaTs RaDiLLiOn aCtUaLlY
I'd also recommend Forza Horizon 4 (as others have) for people who have a racing wheel. It's not what I'd call a "sim" but it is by far the most *fun* I've ever had with my wheel.
I have FM7 and it seems they handicapped game with a wheel... finding out now everyone uses a controller b/c wheel is trash.
What happened to Assetto Corsa? That community is alive and well and has done a lot to the SIM since the developers dropped it.
No mention of GRID (2019)? I know it's more on the simcade side of things, but the way these Logitech wheels react to the newer GRID games is phenomenal right out of the box.
I just got my G29 today
updates?
GTR2 is still great to this day. Power & Glory mod among many others are great with a wheel!
This is adorable... Why would you use a G29 in the office.. Yeah you need to sell them but if you are gonna use a wheel.. You should be using a Thrustmaster or a Fanatec.
I like that no forza/gran trurismo we’re here, very clever of you Logitech.
Where was Assetto Corsa? AC Competizione is a good game, but I prefer the normal version of Assetto Corsa due to it's modding potential and it's large community.
I had a g920 and wire completely snapped going into the mother board thx to amazing quality of Logitech
It has quality, you just have a lot of luck, i have a g920 and i don't have any problem, well it kind of bugs sometimes ...
how to play My Summer Car with a G29?
I play it with a g25 , just go to car controls and change the keyboard controls with the wheel controls
Can't be more excited....my g29 is being delivered today !!! 😘😘😘
Is it good? Im thinking of getting 1 for Christmas
It's a great wheel, some with higher end wheels have negative views about the feel of the logitech wheels with them being gear driven for the force feedback but it does it very very well.like anything there's always better and better wheels beyond say the logitech but it does what it does very very well.10 out of 10 for me and unless you can get a higher end wheel for the same money I just can't see why anyone would purchase anything beyond a starter wheel I e a logitech or thrustmaster gear driven wheel.i find the logitech fantastic and can't see me ever buying a higher end wheel but I play casually.it really is a great wheel
put beamNG in the list! They just updated their force feed back and its amazing!
The G29 and G920 FFB technology is dated. Also please make a real size wheel rim, not 8/10 size and a less stiff brake pedals.
outdated? how so? if you cant press the brake all the way then you must either have a chair with wheel or very weak legs.
I think that Assetto Corsa has a special feeling
bring back Z-5300 and Z-5500 speaker product lines!
Because clearly you like no midrange, a crossover of 125hz, boomy bass and no seperate tweeters!
For those pooping on Logitech products .
I challenge you in any game .
Me and my trusty g29 vs ur fanatecs
Come, let's play together. What game we're talking about ?
hey im on a G920 ill join in too. fr tho
i joining too with g27 xd
+1 for including the truck sim
Assetto Corsa
rFactor 2
Raceroom Experience
iRacing
Dirt Rally
American/Euro Truck Sim
Project Cars 2
F1 2019
the crew 2 u forget gran turismo also
Dirt Rally does not have any Vintage cars. A Vintage car is manufactured between 1919 - 1930. It would certainly be a lot of fun if they added a couple in the game but I doubt it'll ever happen.
glad to find this video , as I just placed order for Logitech G29 :-)
Aqeel 1786486 big mistake lol
Don't listen to him. The iRacing NASCAR Monster Energy Cup champion multiple years running doesn't even use a G29 - he uses a G27. If you can't win with it then you're just making excuses for yourself. If you're in Project Cars 2 at all I recommend the "Jack Spade FFB Files" (Google)
markogoingfast lol ok. I own a g920 and a tax servo. I know what I’m taking about when I say logicrap is junk
@@knightnight0237 Couldn't manage a win with the g920 then I take it? ;)
markogoingfast lol my times are slower on the Logitech
Can I add hand-break for the g29
K781 go with thrustmaster! Logitech is garbage as I have a g920 and a thrustmaster tx servo
The sims I play are gt sport, farming sim, YT racing and sometimes need for speed
Come on!Where is Assetto corsa? This is the most releastic with better physics sim!
HAHAAHA, in 2013, not in 2019 :) you have iRacing, raceroom, rFactor 2, Automobilista, even Project cars 2 before !
Assetto Corsa is the best physic game you can get today...
@@kolysion164 not really
Does the Logitech Driving force Ex Still makes sense nowdays ??
save your money.. stick with Thurstmaster or Fanatec.. and if you got the cash.. buy a Direct Drive wheel.. skip the logitech steering wheel.
What do you mean xD? Logitech wheel is the cheapest of all and has the most support.
Play Doh how is that saving your money. Thrust master and Fanatec are both not even close to cheaper
@@tfvb7209 you ever heard you get what you pay for? If you are just trying sim racing games for the first time and unsure if its worth the investment.. there are better cheaper wheels that give the same performance as Logitech to choose from.. But if you plan to invest some time on sim racing.. Logitech is absolutely the wrong wheel to go with. Don't believe me.. drive a Thrustmaster or Fanatec.. worlds apart compared to anything Logitech has to offer.
I primarily play ETS2 &ATS as well as the FS franchise using the wheel.
guys Assetto Corsa is the best. Why? Modding,Handling,Apps for Multyplayer Leagues like SRS.
FaDezZ That’s your opinion I definitely don’t share it
This wheel is from 2015 and isn't by any means outdated, but is there another wheel in the making yet?
"Max the crash Verstappen" LOL. But your drivers are not too good either, in fact, they're so bad it's unbelivable
OMG... Is that the "true A***" intro music 4:37 hahaha
yall forgot D BEST DRIVING sim, Assetto Corsa
As long as he doesn’t mention GT sport all good, GT sport is the worst arcade game ever
@@telmoprl1963 but it isn't full arcade, is sim-cade
Maycon MLG don’t offend sims pls, GT sport is gone beyond the joke
BEST FFB ,is on RACEROOM ...THE END , its the only game with effects like engine , abs, gearing, car weight, tyre degradation , suspension, tyre sleep , etch etch all these on one SIM .
You guys forgot about Live For Speed
lfs is trash
@@l3dukas869 If it's trash how comes there are still thousands of people playing it more than 15 years after its release? More people playing LFS than ACC as I'm typing this, and ACC just came out with great reviews.
@@Edvardas96 Because its physics arent that good?
@Edvardas N how do I get lfs?
@@lewis8476 The official LFS website.
I like my g25 , nothing is gonna change
The disrespect to Max Verstappen has convinced me to buy a thrustmaster
I’m going to get a force feedback wheel after Christmas and I’ve already got a copy of Forza Motorsport 7. Is this an ok choice to introduce myself to racing with a wheel?
Theo W no
Gts is the best game for console sim racing but on pc i love asseto corsa
RFactor 2is the most realistic I believe
Close but live for speed is #1 it has the best physics
THIS REVIEW MAKES ME WANT TO GO AND BUY ALL OF THESE GAMES😂😂😂
Fix the Logitech G920’s physics in forza horizon 4!
it-s not on them to fix I have it and it works perfectly you just have to adjust advanced settings for an hour
@@petardorotic7318 Care to share your settings? I've managed to get it almost there, but it's still a tw*t to not spin all the time..
Yes I would love to see your settings Petar Dorotić

"That's raidilion actually"
yes
Does it work on garfield kart?
I still can't play Forza horizon 4 with my logitech g920😢
How?
i can
Is it because you haven't bought the game you muppet?
