It's quite funny at times. Ps.: You can make gnocchi that way, but adding an egg makes the dough smoother and helps keep it together much better.
Very different quistion but how you keep your vitamines good, like vitamine d, iron and b12 ? Im vegetarian , and for years it went oké but now im bit Older , i have hard time keeping them Good.
I've been vegetarian 20 years and all was good. Vegan 14 years now and no problems. Eat the rainbow is a thing. It's based on variety and balance. There is not a single vitamin that comes purely from animals. And before anyone cries about b12. That usually found in the ground and plants the animals eat. Nowadays the animals themselves get it supplemented alongside antibiotics etc.
Supplements. B12 can be found only in animal products or in products like oatly, which has it added artificially. Many women (vegan or not) are deficient in iron due to periods and blood loss so taking that as a supplement along with vitamin c for better bioavailability is a good idea too, you could get that from certain grains though. Vitamin D is something many people are deficient in depending on where you live, regardless the diet, i just take a supplement for it :) i have a daily multi-vitamin with the essential ones and get them checked once a year to adjust the dose.

Maybe vegan yogurt too?
