This surgeon has such humility. It is something I’ve not seen. I have had two consultations for a facelift, both surgeons came across as very arrogant. Hmmm, I have always said I’d travel for the right surgeon.
I HIGHLY recommend coming to see him. He does online consultations so you would only have to travel for the surgery. He is PHENOMENAL and has incredible bedside manner. I’ve had three surgeries done by him and I was thrilled every time.
It’s evident that you made an excellent choice in selecting this surgeon for your rhinoplasty. The result is both natural and stunning, completely transforming your appearance. The doctor also seems genuinely caring, focused on more than just profit. I will definitely check him out if ever I consider plastic surgery. (Side note: After an accident, my son, who was just shy of 2 years old, nearly lost his finger. A plastic surgeon was called to reattach it. It's important to recognize their incredible value in situations like these and beyond.)

Hi Gorgeous Gabi! I'm so sorry I missed this live! I live in North Carolina, and we were battling tropical storm Debby here with lots of lightening, so no computers or modem plugged in! But I just watched this now! What a wealth of info Dr. Goldberg is, and so generous with his time in sharing this with us! Such a conscientious and thoughtful plastic surgeon! Thank you, Gabi, for bringing such a wide variety of things/ideas/people that discuss beauty/cosmetics/medical information! I had a phenol peel in 1996 at the age of 42, and I swear I am still benefiting from it today, along with good skin care habits! I looked like a burn patient for weeks, but I lost my sun damage! (Funny story though....I had adopted a 1-1/2 year old golden retriever the day before, and when I got back home he just sat and stared at me for a couple hours! Then we loved each other for the rest of his life.) Kudos to what Dr. Goldberg said at the end about beauty! Another GREAT interview, Gabi! Thank you.

My Portuguese sister was born with that kind of nose she was describing and people do always ask her if she had a nose job and she never did. Same with her perfect teeth, she was born with them never even wore braces! Genetics are a lottery really!
Hi Gabby! So Vitamin C is literally NOT effective? And neither is Retinol? Wow. I follow quite a few Board Certified Dermatologist who claim the opposite. Apparently, there are long term studies that are in favor of the effects of long term Vitamin A use.
Wow, I’m watching aft midnight + he kept me intrigued. So many ppl push Vit C but my dermatologist told me that, by the time it gets to us, its strength has diminished so to forget it. My understanding of retin-A tho, was that it thickens… but if it eventually thins, it explains why makeup YTbers stop using it, unless it works against GRWM makeup sessions bc of ‘peeling’ etc. Gabi u r beautiful + just as beautiful was bringing on ur oh-so-down-to-earth ‘surgeon’ who is the real deal❣️ Great questions. Thank you Gabi & thank you to Dr Goldberg too. I now need to find an American MD or Dermatologist who knows about phenol peels. My problems are primarily texture, age spots & broken capillaries along my chin line. I’ll ask them if they’re artistic too! So hard to find excellent, ethical, think outside the box, face doctors it seems. I wonder if I can have surgery in Canada? I’m close. Probably cheaper there too. Hmmmm?

So I have kind of been freaking out since the vitamin C comment in the video as my understanding was that 10-20% L-acsorbic acid with a ph between 2.5-4 IS effective and can penetrate. I currently use timeless 20%. Also a tretinoin user and I had never heard of over use over time. Am I losing my mind? I have spent a lot of time looking for efficacious skin care in order to maximize my skin care budget for products that work. Did I take the Dr out of context?

Yes. It peels off some of the outer, dead cells. While it also pumps the inner layers. Net results it's a win!
