She does always look amazing! But this is SO MANY THINGS AND DEVICES to use! And for transparency we should also really acknowledge she had a neck lift (no issue with that) - but there's a lot of time and money that goes into looking this beautiful!!!

I totally agree with both of your outlook on procedures and that you should get them if it makes you feel good. No one else should judge you on whether or not you've had something done. When I went to my 25th class reunion , I had several people ask me what work I had done. I had nothing done and it kind of hurt that they asked me that but I realized that they asked because I looked so much younger than everybody in the room😅😅😅😅

I don’t drink any alcohol anymore, no sugar in my coffee & there was a huge difference in my complexion!!! Hydrate with water 💦 I promise it works & you will feel better too 😊
GHK-CU copper peptide helps your hair regrow and does everything for the skin and more than no one does and it does it faster. I wouldn’t use any other brand than Dr Pickart’s. Since she’s the one who discovered the peptide. If you use that with Estradiol, the stronger out of the estrogen creams it’s like a mini facelift.

What does Penn due for her cheeks under eyes and temples to look so full? Is that from the facelift because what was put in her cheeks to look so great? You are wasting your money 😢 my mom is a bit younger than you, whatever she uses...there is no visible improvement. She does take care of her melasma and pigmentation issues which I think is the biggest difference you can notice in elderly people. Save your money for in office treatments! Best of luck!
Go for an LED panel instead of mask. They have more power and are more effective than battery operated masks. I also microneedle. It is effective, but a slow process to get real gains. Best of luck

Great video, Gabi! I’m in Canada too :). For collagen I have been using Ancient Nutrition unflavoured collagen protein and I froth it into my unsweetened soy milk then add to my coffee. It has multiple types of collagen which I wanted. Even though I am primarily whole food plant based, I use this as the research isn’t as good with plant sources of collagen so I choose this one and I’m really happy with it. Just learning about growth factors and Calecim Serum, mine should arrive shortly!
Love your videos! FYI the "Biologique Recherche p50 1970" is $88.00, ok fine I will spend and do spend what it takes definitely... Well it was way too strong for my skin, irritated it so badly. I was a mess. Allergic ?? So went to return & NO RETURNS IF YOU OPEN YOUR NEW TONER !!! Well who wouldn't open it and try it ??? Returns on sealed bottles only. They are not nice about it. Shocking. Plus the odor is AWFUL. If it worked one might get used to it but it's so bad. Really just don't want anyone else to throw away $ 88.00 if they are not aware : )

The Dermalect self-esteem sleep serum is amazing. I noticed that the first time I used it I have extremely dry aching skin and I can actually use it every day. It doesn’t remind me of Maple syrup, but it does. Remind me of licorice.. the go pure neck cream is amazing hands-down worked better for me than Dermalect.

What I would like to know, is more about her recent procedure! ALL of the details! Why/when is that particular procedure indicated over day a "lift" in the jowel area!? We addressed it in the beginning. She hasn't done anything recently. She does talk about a face fat melting procedure that she did a few months ago, as well as she has lost some weight, cut out alcohol, and refined sugars.
I find that I have bought so many products after hearing how good they are from influencers so I don’t know who to believe anymore. I don’t believe there are any creams or serums that lift or firm your skin.
Skin care is part of the puzzle, but you also need a good diet and to drink enough water. Sometimes it's hard to manage expectations of what sort of difference the products will make.
Started using tretinoin 3x a week and now I am starting to get a burning in certain parts of my face. My guess is it's my skin barrier. What is best to repair this.
I had my eyes done because of being so hooded, I think between 40-42 before moving to Mexico, didn't help but what it did do for me they are not worse living 65 years. I worried about the hooded lids because of an uncle, his were so hooded he had slits and had to tilt his head to see, it was awful, and he was in his elder years finally had surgery, I ask why wait sooooo long.
The only thing that bugs me about the videos is that when I go to look a product up it won’t give a price unless you sign on, in other words it wants your information, I find this dangerous with the new A I problems.
Hi! I watched it and it really got me thinking about young girls who love to watch makeup videos (and who can blame them!)and the impression videos like this must make on them. All these creams, contraptions, in office procedures, etc. I guess this is the world we live in, that to feel good about yourself you must do these things. You’re not overreacting. My 9 year old granddaughter is already concerned with her weight, hair, skin etc. I feel sad that at just 9 years old she’s already losing her precious childhood and worrying about her looks 😢
I have always hesitated to get the sleep and glow pillow because I get super hot when I’m sleeping. Does it keep you cool? I’m using a pillow made in Italy right now that has supposedly cooling cells. I don’t really feel like that’s accurate, but at least I don’t get as hot as I used to with a memory foam pillow.

If you can affordable it - I can definately recommend LED. I use it 5 days a week - both for my face (skin) and my arthritis.

You’re not overreacting. My 9 year old granddaughter is already concerned with her weight, hair, skin etc. I feel sad that at just 9 years old she’s already losing her precious childhood and worrying about her looks 😢
I have always hesitated to get the sleep and glow pillow because I get super hot when I’m sleeping. Does it keep you cool? I’m using a pillow made in Italy right now that has supposedly cooling cells. I don’t really feel like that’s accurate, but at least I don’t get as hot as I used to with a memory foam pillow.
It is a memory foam style. I don’t find it hot but I don’t typically overheat at night time.
I use LED on my dog for hip/joint and I am AMAZED as how much it has helped her.
