Brian is just a rock legend. And this i Freddie as we should remember him: A microphone in one hand and 70.000 people in the other.. When a journalist asked what his favorite instrument was to play he answered: "The crowd, my love"...
From the second queen took the stage anywhere in the world until the second they left the stage Freddy could hold an audiences attention and make them feel like they were a part of the band. Freddy was taken from us way to soon but his music still lives on like it was just released yesterday.
The live performance of Radio Gaga from their '86 Wembley show is INCREDIBLE. The way the crowd are ALL clapping along in time to the chorus is truly a sight to see.
I was fortunate enough to see Queen in concert several times in the late 70's and 80's..... Queen with Freddie Mercury were truly one of those groups in a league purely their own! Great to see you react to one of their true staples.
At first, early on in their career, they had a good following, but they had this thing where people insisted on singing along to their songs. And they were quite irritated by it. They thought: 'People, just listen. We're working really hard, so bloody well listen! Then, they started to realize what an honor it was for them to have people that in some cases didn't even know English as a first language, so they came to encourage it.
Amazing duo of Freddie and Brian. The song is Classic! Freddie's voice is exceptional. Great Band!! Freddie is not only a rock superstar, he can also sing opera. a true Legend!!. Thank you for your great reaction.
This is Queen back at Wembley Stadium almost a year to the day after their legendary Live Aid performance. They had to play two nights at Wembley because the ticket demand was so high.
remember a Quote during an interview with Freddy during Live Aid about what instrument he plays "The audience" was his reply in his cheeky way....but the guy knew how to build the audience up and take that energy and send it back two fold to the audience. One of the few artist who was better live then in the studio in my books.
I was at Wembley Stadium that night (underneath the spotlight you can see in the roof!!!!) one of the best nights of my life. Freddie and the boys at their best.
Another beautiful song to listen to from Freddie is 'You take my breath away" live at Hyde Park. He plays it alone because he had just finished writing it and the other band members hadn't learned the song yet.
Queen and Freddie Mercury, by reviewing this product and music you enter the world of classics where anything is possible. With that amount of music lovers, nothing can go wrong. I still love you...
So few reactions done on the studio version. It may very well be the most beautiful song ever that is overshadowed by its live version. People in all languages started singing it to Freddy way back and it wasn’t even a radio hit. They loved the album version enough to know it. PLEASE oh Please react to it!!!
Loved your reaction, Ray, so thank you very much for that!! If you have never heard or reacted to Queen performing "White Queen" at the Odeon Hammersmith (1975 I believe, though it might be the year before) you should most definitely add it to your list of songs to react to one day!! Peace,
what make's Freddie so special was because he didn't care about money or fame he cared about his fans EVERY performance he and queen did they all gave it 100% Effort all the way through the concert.
Ohhh!! Freddie such adreamy voice i got chills everytime ilisten to this one and brian's quitar playing out of this world legendary quitar player loved your reaction ❤ more queen please
If I'm not mistaken, that's a 12 string guitar. The 12 strings are in pairs ( much like the mandolin ) and give more space and volume. There are the normal six strings and then a thinner string paired with them. They are really popular. You've heard them all over the place.
Freddie Mercury was one of the voices I grew up with, there will never another singer quite like him. I see you have reacted to Alterbridge and another unique voice, Myles Kennedy. The song "Blackbird" is phenomenal especially the live at Wembly video. It will never be Queen but I think Alterbridge is one of the best bands of the last decade.
I've heard this live performance in audio only before. Got to be honest, wanted to watch it to see how queen performed but found myself feeling the emotion of the song by watching your reaction only, good job connecting with the song and portraying a true feel for it 👏 ❤
He wrote this song for mary,, And it's true he loved her till the day he died. .We miss you so much The world needs you now more than ever R.I.P 😭😭FREDDIE
Nice song, great singer, nice reaction. I did like ask you react to recent Dimash's song "When i've got you!" , but saw reaction to Queen, then came the idea switch reaction to Dimash & Super Vocal Boys (Queen Medley)
If you haven't done so, check out his live performance of You Take My Breath Away. Hyde Park 1976. One of the rare times he sing that song in his Falsetto voice live. He was a one of a kind. I was fortunate enough see the band with Freddie live 6 times at Madison Square Garden.
There are probably only 3 singers that could command the attention of an audience like Freddy could. Tom Jones,Elvis, and Dimash. Freddy for my money easily the best frontman in rock history.
This is rapidly becoming one of my favorite reaction channels. I love how authentic she is. That may seem like a simple thing to accomplish. But its not.. as evidenced by the fact that 98% of UA-cam reactors are infinitely more interested in their own pretentious pomposity (like spending 5 hours in front of a mirror to record 10 min videos with dozens of takes which inevitably result in the video seeming inauthentic and scripted by the time its uploaded) than the music to which they are reacting and the viewers who choose to spend their time with them. I’m sure there are people who seek that out. Which is perfectly fine. To each their own. But personally I am much more drawn to authenticity. And Rachael has it in spades.
Straight forward 12 string guitar. But you should, seriously should check out the Rock In Rio version. The most iconic version where music can smash through any language barrier.
Just Freddie, Brian and 70,000 backup singers. Oh, Freddie, we still love you!
Nothing like a guitarist playing a 12-string when he KNOWS how to play it. The tones are SO nice...
Jimmy Page, the guitarrist of Led Zeppelin
Brian May is so damn good man.
@@TheRealHaloLover Slash is pretty damn good with a 12-string acoustic as well. The song Patience is a prime example
Steve Hackett played some great 12 string pieces under Genesis too.
Ripples is a good example.
Dave Gilmour probably came up with the most famous 12 string guitar riff going
Brian is just a rock legend. And this i Freddie as we should remember him: A microphone in one hand and 70.000 people in the other.. When a journalist asked what his favorite instrument was to play he answered: "The crowd, my love"...
A clueless interviewer said to Freddie "And what do you play?"
And he responded "The audience."
The way Freddie command a crowd was legendary
From the second queen took the stage anywhere in the world until the second they left the stage Freddy could hold an audiences attention and make them feel like they were a part of the band. Freddy was taken from us way to soon but his music still lives on like it was just released yesterday.
The studio version of this is exquisite. The harmonies plus Brian on harp should not be missed!
The best voice of all times
Absolutely the best!! 💙
Freddie and Bobby Hatfield👍
the top level of musical creativity is queen
Absolute classic . Freddie can , He knew how to carry an audience with him. Thank You Ray
Freddie Mercury voice makes me feel 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 one of my All time favorite voices
The live performance of Radio Gaga from their '86 Wembley show is INCREDIBLE. The way the crowd are ALL clapping along in time to the chorus is truly a sight to see.
everything Freddie did was exquisite. he truly loved what he did. good morning!
FREDDIE BEST SINGER ...QUEEN BEST BAND...QUEENS MUSIC WILL LIVE ON FOR EVER .....GOD BLESS FREDDIE. ...
I experienced something similar in Frankfurt/Germany in 1984. 15,000 fans sang Love of my life. It is a memory for life.
He wrote that song for Mary Austin his girlfriend then later best friend. I’ve always been so jealous of that. Wow! ❤RIP Freddie you genius
he also left his estate to mary

It’s a rare singer who can connect with the crowd and give it the confidence to join in.
John Farnham “Help” performance does it too.
Amazing duo of Freddie and Brian. The song is Classic! Freddie's voice is exceptional. Great Band!! Freddie is not only a rock superstar, he can also sing opera. a true Legend!!. Thank you for your great reaction.
That's a increíble performance but the better is Rock in Rio 85, Brazilian peoples always awesome 😎🇧🇷
What a beautiful moment. This was the first live concert dvd I bought and it will always be a favourite (even though I no longer have a dvd player).
I still love you,Freddie😢❤
This is Queen back at Wembley Stadium almost a year to the day after their legendary Live Aid performance. They had to play two nights at Wembley because the ticket demand was so high.
Absolute legend. Miss him but we are fortunate to have heard him at all. Rip ❤
Such an indescribable loss! the talents that passed away way too early, for example, Freddie, J.lennon, Curt!! Their music will never die!
remember a Quote during an interview with Freddy during Live Aid about what instrument he plays "The audience" was his reply in his cheeky way....but the guy knew how to build the audience up and take that energy and send it back two fold to the audience. Definitely… Freddie thrived on the energy he got from the audience, and it brought out his best!
The best emotional song ever. Freddie is now singing this song in heaven...
I was at Wembley Stadium that night (underneath the spotlight you can see in the roof!!!!) one of the best nights of my life. Freddie and the boys at their best.
Me too (not the same part of the stadium).... no concert has beat this yet
I was there singing along aged 16, fabulous memories
Same here, at 18, right at the very front. We are very lucky!
@@shepchester3567 We were lucky!
I was there as well, absolutely brilliant concert

Great reaction, thank you! Beautiful Queen song! Brian was playing a 12 string acoustic guitar! Greetings from Australia!🇦🇺
The greatest voice ever? I think so.
Abolute legend. Night at the Opera was the first album I bought on vinyl. Best purchase ever
Queen and Freddie Mercury, by reviewing this product and music you enter the world of classics where anything is possible. With that amount of music lovers, nothing can go wrong. I still love you...
Nothing better than Freddie in the morning❤

Only a few people can have a crowd singing like that. Legend
Freddie the best ever voice

😢😢 him singing this song and us knowing that he would be taken from us too soon.
He is with us now 'all of our life'
Just wonderful.
Mr. Mercury, you were and are a bloody legend. ❤
As simple as this song is, It doesn't need anything more. Great reaction as always. Take care.
Blue on Black from Five Finger Death Punch, featuring Kenny Wayne Sheppard, and Brian May. It's a really beautiful song
DARLING ,FREDDIE;S VOICE RANGE WAS EASILLY THE MOST POWERFUL EVER !🙏🏻😭👍🏴🔥💥🐐
The more queen songs the better😊😊
Freddie rimarra sempre nei nostri cuori. lui è veramente immortale❤️
He was Freddie...He was ours...He was special...We miss him!
I'm only 19 but I'm so in love with Freddie.
@@gv7217 well legends never die, even my younger sister who's only 12 years old know Freddie as well and we love him sooo much
Just beautiful!
Wembley ‘86!! Somehow a live album was their best. This is my Time Machine fantasy, what a lucky crowd to have been there.
When Freddie was asked what instruments he played he replied with “The audience darling”. Total command of any crowd.
WE ALWAYS LOVED HIM IN ENGLAND ....REASON WHY HE BOUGHT GARDEN LODGE ALL THOSE YEARS AGO !👍👏👏👏🏴🏴🏴💖💖💖💖😭😭😭
Sem dúvida a mais linda música da lendária Banda Queen. ❤

Just discovered this channel. After watching the reactor, I think I’ve found the love of MY life! 😍
Bit that always gets me - when Freddie sings When I grow older
I believe that is an Ovation 12 string guitar. They were different in that the back of the guitar was curved not flat.
The way you reacted says it all
Listen "You take my breath away" greetings from Spain!
He wrote this song for mary,, And it's true he loved her till the day he died. .We miss you so much The world needs you now more than ever
R.I.P 😭😭FREDDIE
somebody to love live montreal next please
Beautiful!!
Queen hat etwa 200 Songs geschrieben, da haben sie noch sehr viel zu hören!
Nice song, great singer, nice reaction. I did like ask you react to recent Dimash's song "When i've got you!" , but saw reaction to Queen, then came the idea switch reaction to Dimash & Super Vocal Boys (Queen Medley)

Best voice ever! You gotta ser it n Brazil, it makes it sound like silent.
you should check out his "who wants to live forever"
At Wembley Stadium 12th July 1986
What a voice Freddie had
There are probably only 3 singers that could command the attention of an audience like Freddy could. Tom Jones,Elvis, and Dimash.
Freddy for my money easily the best frontman in rock history.
This song really makes me miss Freddie.. 💜
RAYACTIONS ...I ACTUALLY HAVE THIS CD OF WEMBLEY 86 ...AND FREDDIE JUST BELTED IT !💥🔥🔥🔥🔥🏴💖🐐😭😭😭😭💐👍🙏🏻BLOODY HELL 😭💖
Great reaction. I wish they made those flower patterns in mens jackets I want one.
Thank you for reacting to the best version of this song.🙏

Nowadays there are no more icons, there are farmers, it's a shame that we literally have to live in the past when it comes to quality music!!
It's a classical guitar. The strings are made of nylon, that's why they look a little different.
its all about the love of mary how he love her deeply
No one better, you can stop looking now, The real King
THAT was music. LG
My mam and dad went to see these live in 1986 at Newcastle
Said it before, but how we miss Freddie ❤️
Till now,Queen are playing this beautiful song in the same way: Brian with 12strings giutar and the crowd❤
Two nights at Wembley and them Knebworth Freddie's final show.
Very beautiful 🥰🥰🥰
Guitar is a Ovation Pacemaker 1615 12 string.
Nice reaction. One remark: It's not "his" music, it's "their" music. They where a band.
Another heart melting😶
NIce reaction, You can't go wrong with Freddy. I love the days before autotune when singers could sing or you didn't make it.
As you liked it, I recommend You take my breath away, live at Hyde Park, just him and his piano, really very beautiful too, a young Freddie…
I was 15 in 1979 when I first saw them live, listen to it's late it's about mary Austin
Freddie king of rock 🤘 please do live aid queen 85 reaction
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Subed on this one alone
The song was beautiful you are beautiful and Freddie was a class apart.
