- The plaintiff says he used to date the defendant until she caught him with another woman and grabbed a knife. He claims she was arrested when she was pregnant with their child, so he posted bail. He’s now suing for the money back. The defendant says she never agreed to repay him, and claims he’s suing because she’s seeking child support. She’s countersuing for money owed.

The fact she went back years later and had another child with him. The stupidity is endless so they deserve each other!!

They clearly weren't too broken up because she moved back in and eventually had another baby with him. This confusion is why there are so many broken homes these days

I can't comprehend how women who find their man with another woman, go after the woman immediately or at all, especially if you don't know if she knew about you or not. And furthermore, she got with him knowing he was with someone. This behavior is very confusing. She need to take accountability for her actions and acting out on her emotions. I think the defendant is telling the truth. Yeah she’s insane and dumb but they both had a volatile relationship. He most definitely acted a fool because that girl was there and then felt bad after. Him being in her house when they break up makes sense. They’re messy

Obviously they can and do , a good judge knows this.But a good judge also must examine motivation . There is none here for a cop to perjure his report. He didn't blow her up...

@@rgtowns they don’t need motivation to lie to not tell the truth. Watch body cam footage and you’ll start to see a lot of cops who will experience one thing, then when a superior arrives tell a completely different story to what we plainly saw in the footage. Not necessarily malicious, people do this a lot. But it’s a huge problem to act like they have perfect recall or that they don’t lie.

@@Sacra898 watch body cam footage for awhile. Police misrepresent events, whether on accident or on purpose, a lot. We can literally see it happen for seemingly no reason at all. Usually, it seems, they want a justification for an arrest.

So does the company suing him not have to abide by the statute of limitations?
They have an actual contact with him. He borrowed money and agreed to pay it. They have legal standing to pursue him for nonpayment. Plus, they sent him notices which keeps them within the time limit. It us completely different from what he's trying to sue her for.
Every time you answer the phone and acknowledge the debt, the statute of limitations start over. That’s why they record you. Don’t answer or say “you have the wrong number, don’t call my phone again “.
