- The plaintiff says he’s known the defendant for 40 years and did renovation work on her apartment, but now she’s refusing to pay up. He’s suing for the final bill due. The defendant says the plaintiff bought doors that were too small and used her paint on other jobs. She claims he took advantage of her, and she’s not paying a penny more.

He should have done that for her just because. She helped him ALOT he was living rent free for ten years and he wants to sue her. Smh people are so lowdown and selfish AF 🙄🙄

There’s only two reasons why the plaintiff walked in with zero proof ..... he’s a crappy business man or he’s a con artist. You’re in there ripping out stoves, taking down stove hoods, painting an entire apartment including doors and baseboards AND buying materials that the client was supposed to pay for but have no proof of ANYTHING.
