Once you will share the exercises, I will ask my Gynaecologist. As of now I am doing only walking. I live in other country, so Gynaecologist doesn't tell anything regarding exercise.

Ai would like to know what was the babys position at the time of your labor or 9th month scan , as actually doctor says if baby is in breach position it would result in cesarian, It was relief hearing yours that though head is not in pelvic position but you had normal delivery
