I can't thank you enough for putting out these videos to help pregnant women! I did most of your yoga and practiced breathing techniques! I had vaginal birth with no pain relief, my labour lasted only 6hrs and I'm 1st time mom! May god bless you for what you're doing! 😘😘😘
Hi. I'm on my 37th week now. Did you do this everyday? I'd like to have an easy delivery as well
@@ellonamaygabisan724 ya! Daily 2hrs in the morning and half hr before sleep! I also walked everyday! Goodluck
Including this yoga! I did Jessica's other prenatal yoga as well
In what weeks did you start exercise to prepare on your labor? In on 28weeks now
In what month did you do this yoga for good delivery? Is it your eigth month or ninth month?
Been doing yoga more frequent when I week 38 and 39. And finally got contraction and got into labour in less than 2 hrs time. Then meet my baby boy 🥰 thanks for the yoga! Really helpful
Can you show another way to do the pushing as some of us dont have th stool
You are amazing! I saved so many videos to do before I give birth! 33 weeks now. Hope I will manage to do them all. 😊 Thank you very much!
This was excellent. Thank you for the part on pushing coz as a first time mom I have no idea what is expected. 28 weeks pregnant and preparing my body everyday for an easy delivery through movement and good nutrition. Thank you Jessica for being part of my journey. Namaste to all moms and moms to be..
Thank you for preparing me for labor. my husband and i have been doing your yoga videos for 3 weeks now and I love how positive and affirming you are. Thnak you tons!
Jessica, Ive been following all of your prenatal classes for majority of my second and third trimesters. Thank you so much for these, I am now 39 weeks pregnant and feel very confident about my upcoming birth experience.
Also i am 39 weeks can i start doing it?? I just find it today!!
I have been following this for the past two weeks. Yesterday I was blessed with a baby girl. Thank you so much ☺️ pushing practice and the stretches were so helpful. Love you dear🥰
Thank you so much. 🥰🥰🥰🥰I have done this exercise during my 3rd trimester (not everyday but, I tried to find time to do so) and my mucus plug started to come out at 9PM when I was 39w2d pregnant. I got a strong contraction on the next day without water break which I am very grateful about. The contraction started at 3AM and it got faster at 7:00 AM and was fully dilated at 8:00AM. The Dr. broke my water at 9:45AM and I started pushing at 9:48AM. With a relief, my baby boy was born safely at 9:58 AM. 🥰🥰🥰
Thank you so much Jessica for putting up these videos. It's so encouraging especially for first time moms like me. More power and God bless! I hope and pray that all pregnant moms will have a safe and healthy delivery! 😊🙏🙏❤️❤️
Jessica! I just did this while in early labour, and my waters broke literally as I finished the session. Thank you for being with me all along. xxx
Wow congratulations
So that means these exercises shouldn't be done in 27th week of pregnancy?
@@sushmashetty6246 yea thinking the same question. Even when she says push am scared the baby will come before his time lol
@@sushmashetty6246 early labour just means she was already having contractions and she did exercise anyway and her water broke. 27th weeks is premature not early but pushing exercises imo shouldn't be done late in pregnancy. My doctor told me to even stop touching my stomach too much in case it sends the body into labour 🤷 Honestly just listen to your body.
Thank you again! I'm 39 weeks today, feeling great and loving all of your videos! :)
You are amazing! Thank you so much for these videos! Soon reaching 36 weeks and feel stronger and more confident since I've been following your instructions:)

Thank you so much, Jelena! Congratulations on your pregnancy and I hope you are feeling well :)
Hello Jelena it's my pleasure to meet you how are you doing
I'm very thankful to you , I've been doing this for my last two months during pregnancy every single day I was so fit and strong , I'm 9 months postpartum now and I'm overweight but felt very overwhelmed and intimidated by all postpartum exercises, but this felt safe and carried all the beautiful feelings I had during pregnancy so I decided to start here and 8 already feel better 🤍🙏🏼
Just quick question, are all the moves safe for Diastasis recti?!
Love and thank you
I love the affirmations ❤
So glad I found these since my gym is closed for a month and I'm 30 weeks now. Can't swim now so I'll focus on yoga!

I got 2 weeks left 38 weeks pregnant 2nd baby. Hoping for a normal delivery! I started doing your exercise once I deliver I will tell you the result!
I hope you get the delivery you want! You will get to meet you baby soon! Looking forward to your update! I’m sending you strength!
This was amazing! I wish I had watched this during my first pregnancy. You explain the way the muscles are contracted for pushing perfectly and I love the idea of strengthening and getting your body comfortable with pushing. I also love that you included kegels. Thank you!!
Thank you for the video. I am 23 weeks with my first and am fortunate and thankful to have had positive experiences so far. Before becoming pregnant, my body was used to vigorous workouts. I understand the need to be gentle with ourselves during this time, but are my muscles/tendons/joints losing performance abilities because I am now doing low impact workouts? Or are these workouts enough to keep me flexible and strong for labor? I am only curious for labor and delivery performance reasons.
Thanks again!
Thank you, that have me a great zen moment. The music really matched the workout.
Do you have any recommendations for for taking collagen to help with recovery? My midwife suggested taking bovine based collagen.
Greetings tammy, how are you today?
With my third pregnancy I did this video and the one for SPD and they helped so much. My water broke on its own at the 20.33 mark! With my other pregnancies I had to be induced and had my water broke by Dr at the hospital. Thank you for these videos!
That’s amazing 💞💞 Congratulations!!
This routine is so helpful to me. Thank you. Hoping to have an easy delivery soon.

Had normal delivery?
I had my bb a day before the delivery due date on June 20, 2020. For many hours I didn't realize I was in labor I even went and did some outdoor excersice. Time pasted fast until I got to active labor, when I went to the hospital I passed from 6-8 cm very fast and as soon as I got epidural they told me twice you need emergency C-section. I had many complications and my labor last more than for 26 hours. They removed the epidural and I had to do some excersices since in the middle of labor my bb moved to the wrong direction. At the end after 30 minutes pushing, bb came healthy. All doctors could not believe I had a vaginal delivery with all the situation over there as well my bb was too big for me. Since my duola couldn't come, be fitness during my pregnancy helped me a lot. My labor was very painfull and complicated but we did it ;) thanks
