Calcium after breakfast in morning and with Iron you take anything citric as it do wonders. My misscariage happen in December 2022 in my 12th week and mine also first pregnancy.it's a really painful and tough phase of life. Allah grant me strength and I'm still recovering.

A personal advice to you - Hb usually drops so pls keep soaked black raisins, juice, green veggies, 1🍎, 1 🥚 specifically in your diet and try to use lohai ka bartan to cook your sabzi and later on during the last month add 6-8 dates in your diet 😊 and do not take Iron and Calcium in one go. Calcium after breakfast in morning and with Iron you take anything citric as it do wonders.
