    "When" is most important thing to know, coz I started this in 7th month, and when told to doctor is strictly instructed no exercise.. no duck walks, no pelvics or butterflies.. she said she will let me know the correct time, until no exercise to be performed... exercise krna koi b sikh leta h, zaruri h janna ki vo krni kbse h
