Congratulations😊but as a doctor it's my duty to clarify few things as this platform is followed by many women...epidural does not cause backpain its just a needle prick like anywhere in body backpain occurs due to stretching of muscles causing weakness during pregnancy..and contractions can be felt if trained previously u need not go through the pain I myself have taken epidural for my delivery and it was so easy to push as u don't have to fight the pain..even many ppl in doctor community have misconception about epidural in our country...but epidural will not hamper the delivery process if given correctly infact labor will progress faster as ur mind and body will be relaxed...it is the right of every women to have a painless delivery I urge every women to claim this right and obtain proper knowledge before deciding about it
This story relate to me.. I was in labour pain almost for 12 hours..the pain was very intense my mouth was completely dry and was completely exhausted because of intense labour pain but during this process I didn't give up I told my doctor I can do anything for my baby.. After 12 hours labour pain I had normal delivery and when the baby came out within fraction of seconds I was unconscious and after two hours when I got my sense I saw my husband standing in front of and told me we are blessed with little angel with tears in his eyes.. I must say that is precious moment to cherish for lifetime.. Now we are expecting our second child in month of November 🙂❤

During past years ladies were not vocal about the problems and the consequences they face during pregnancy and post pregnancy especially about depression they suffer,fortunately nowadays women r very much confident n sharing their issues to everyone which is actually normal

I just relived my labour and delivery moments through your narration… I was also induced by a gel and then after 12 hours they started giving me Pitocin .. the pain was just so bad that though I was not screaming my energy was just gone .. I too felt like I will collapse. Thankfully all went well…Women are just so strong 💪🏼

My due date was 14th January and i delivered on 16th...i started getting contractions from 14 and it intensified on 16....reached hospital at 7am...went to labour room by 8 and delivered my baby at 10.30....i also vomited twice and felt I'll pass out before pushing this baby...I've asked my doc for epidural and they said it's better to do without it....even though I was there for only 2 and half hours it felt forever....most ppl were shocked that it only took me 2 hours for the first baby but I did my exercises and all my routine regularly and by the grace of almighty it happened fast....now if I'll get pregnant again I'll definitely take epidural
Not necessary epidural has bad effects. Touchwood i had none. But people who had no epidural experience had simply given me unwanted advices. Its the best choice i made coz many times the mother is so tired that its impossible to push. Everything differs from person to person. Backache can be there after any kind of delivery/ even non pregnant people etc
Hi MAM If we hv to bear a lot of labour pain nd stitches pain too , why shouldn’t we go for c section to hv just stitches pain Bcz virginal stitches are more pain ful to heal nd bear after delivery
That's not. Coz vaginal tissues have natural power to heal down quickly. So, vaginal stitches took less time to recover (almost a week) as compared to belly stitches.

I wish you could have uploaded this 4 months back.. whole sharing your experience you have a lot of info abt epidural.. wish i knew it before.. after 15 hrs of labour i couldn't push because of it and final had to go for emergency c section.. doctor had told me but i couldn't control the pains.. ended up taking epidural and spoilt Evey mehnat i did for last 9 months..

I just relived my labour and delivery moments through your narration… I was also induced by a gel and then after 12 hours they started giving me Pitocin .. the pain was just so bad that though I was not screaming my energy was just gone .. I too felt like I will collapse. Thankfully all went well…Women are just so strong 💪🏼

meri due date nikal chuki thi mai 2 din or ruki lekin pain nhi aaya... doctor ke pass gyi usne muje admit kr liya or saline me pata nhi konsa injection 2 baar daala kuch ghante baad cervix check ki or boli yellow pani arha bacche ne potty krdi h or mera c section kr diya...doctor muje labour induce kr skti thi lekin usne pta nhi kya kiya...acchi doctor accha hospital hona boht jaruri h bcoz they play major role

My due date was 14th January and i delivered on 16th...i started getting contractions from 14 and it intensified on 16....reached hospital at 7am...went to labour room by 8 and delivered my baby at 10.30....i also vomited twice and felt I'll pass out before pushing this baby...I've asked my doc for epidural and they said it's better to do without it....even though I was there for only 2 and half hours it felt forever....most ppl were shocked that it only took me 2 hours for the first baby but I did my exercises and all my routine regularly and by the grace of almighty it happened fast....now if I'll get pregnant again I'll definitely take epidural
Not necessary epidural has bad effects. Touchwood i had none. But people who had no epidural experience had simply given me unwanted advices. Its the best choice i made coz many times the mother is so tired that its impossible to push. Everything differs from person to person. Backache can be there after any kind of delivery/ even non pregnant people etc

If we hv to bear a lot of labour pain nd stitches pain too , why shouldn’t we go for c section to hv just stitches pain
Bcz virginal stitches are more pain ful to heal nd bear after delivery
That's not. Coz vaginal tissues have natural power to heal down quickly. So, vaginal stitches took less time to recover (almost a week) as compared to belly stitches.

I wish you could have uploaded this 4 months back.. whole sharing your experience you have a lot of info abt epidural.. wish i knew it before.. after 15 hrs of labour i couldn't push because of it and final had to go for emergency c section.. doctor had told me but i couldn't control the pains.. ended up taking epidural and spoilt Evey mehnat i did for last 9 months..

I'm in my 9th month and i was having covid.. in my first trimester... that too in my 6 weeks... uski vajah se whole pregnancy had been a journey full with body aches and complications... but by God's grace mai last month mein aagyi... i am in my 36 week now... hoping for a positive birth experience 🙏
