I’m trying this again tonight, is this ok to do for bad backs 😂
I have to say this was really good, I’m use to workouts where the trainer is really fit and have the workouts really hard sometimes causing me injury. I love this workout, I also did the recovery ❤️🩹. He really understands the ones beginning.
