      Not necessarily. It depends on your goals. If you are looking to lose weight then you want to be in a calorie deficit, meaning you east less calories than you burn.     Ever since I had food poisoning a couple weeks ago, my stomach has been messed up. The doctor said I had gastroenteritis and have inflammation in my stomach and the inflammation disrupted the lining. I get nauseous at night and feel like I need to burp but can't. Also, a little acid.

      Congrats on losing the 47!! An alternative to lunges would be step ups. Or you can do the lunges with hand assist or by decreasing how low you go. There are plenty other movements you can do outside of the lunge

    I've lost 42lbs from walking daily over 10k steps a day. Eating healthier, I'm consuming 1500 cals a day. I was very stressed and didn't take care of myself before the weight loss. My blood pressure is now healthy and I feel much better. I've now started doing weights at home. My Mum died of heart disease last year, it was a huge wake up call.
