Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
(6 servings)
Ingredients:
1and1/3 cup (200g) all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp (4g) baking soda
¼ tsp (1g) salt
1/4 cup (60g) vegetable oil
¼ cup (60g) yogurt
1 egg
1 tbsp (15g) sugar
1/2 tsp (2g) vanilla extract
(375F/190C) Bake for 20 minutes
