I did not have access to one during deer season and this one was Michael's, but I do have a Cruzr saddle and I believe the JX3 will give you more room with insulation than a regular saddle because of the way the seat is made. It does not wrap up against you with the office chair like frame and this definitely gives you more room. I just got my own JX3 last week and will do some more in depth reviews to experiment with different scenarios and will also be able to offer a discount code for 5% off anything ordered through JX3 a week or so. 👍
I’ve had a JX3 for 3-4 years, it’s fine in colder temps with heavier clothing. I run a thin 0.5-0.75” foam pad all year except the hottest weather, it’s more comfortable on my butt but also prevents heat loss in winter. The key is keep your fingers warm because any kind of saddle hunting requires a little more finger use than descending with a Summit.

I have worn my heater body suit in it many times in late season in Wisconsin. Very easy and comfortable.

Yes it does include the tether, lineman's belt, and 3 carabineers
