Vineeth Jose haha, I appreciate your support!! & thank you so much for saying that!! It brings me a lot of joy to help others... especially with MS, like me ☺️🧡
Very inspirational. It gives me hope that the proper fuel can not only keep us running smoothly, but also repair what's malfunctioning. I've seen several people mention that we need to find what foods work for us and which don't. But I wonder, when we're completely overhauling our diet, what's the best way to detect which ingredients might be doing us more harm than good? Most people who adopt a completely new way of eating will undoubtedly be using ingredients and eating portions of certain healthy foods that they've never ingested in such quantities ever in their entire lives. So what's the best way to filter out the disagreeable foods from the good ones, when starting a new routine like the Wahl's Protocol? Especially when all of the foods we're incorporated are deemed healthy as a whole? I ordered my book yesterday, and I'm excited to get started on this journey. But that one little factor and how to deal with it has always confused me.
I have lost 60 lbs on the Protocol . Now I'm just working on mobility . Great story!!
