Some a few more thoughts. I’m replaying DA I-III now. After so many years, this series is still one of my favorite RPG games. My expectation and emotion would not be put out by the delay. I don’t even care about the price DA4 will have. The one and the only thing that matters is my expectation and emotion would be answered by DA4❤🎉
While I think it’s a stretch to call it a delay when there was no ETA for the game’s release previously established, this is pretty much already what I expected as well. Farrah pointed out that the studio doesn’t like to release in Q4, which is April for EA, and a November release would fit since it would be ten years after DAI. It could get further delayed from that but after waiting for this game for nearly ten years, I’m just shrugging and continuing to wait lol
I genuinely hoped this would happen, that would mean the game is in alpha for two years as opposed to 6 months with Inquisition. Inquisition would porbably have greatly benefitted from more development time. It also potentially means less crunch which is always good. I'm rooting for the devs!
This makes sense... It was announced in 2018....thats 6 years of development, including COVID and reboots because of EA and other things... This makes sense... Stop being crazy people.
I expected this to happen. I’m not surprised and in fact, I’m glad. It means they’re really taking it seriously how important it is to get this game right. This also gives me more time to finish all of my current PT’s of the first 3 games. I’m all for waiting. I see this as good news 😊
After it was announced that the game was "technically" playable beginning to end, I was pretty sure we had at least another year before release. Especially if we want the game to be as polished as possible. Sadly a 2023 release felt a little too optimistic.
i'm honestly not surprised or upset about the "new" speculated release window. i will always assume it's a further release. i'm just glad to be hearing anything at all, really.
The DreadWolf Drought is painful, I can’t tell you how deflated I feel whenever I get a notification that BioWare has tweeted & it ends up just being more fan art. Studios are by no means obligated to give us details on every little development update… but when that development cycle is nearing a decade long and you still have nothing substantial to show, we deserve as fans, more transparency at that point. Hopefully we see something this summer, although I’m not going to hold my breath. Those leaks in February had reignited my hype a little but the radio silence since then has been deafening.
Yeah, Dreadwolf feels more like a fable than a real game at this point. (Pun intended) (Also RIP Fable 4) What is it with these 3rd person RPGs not being able to count to four?
No, take less time, it's been a freaking decade. I know they restarted but damn, they have taken so long that they are literally only releasing the game on next gen consoles.
@@channel45853 if they rush it, it'll b crap, no rushed game ends well, ots actually a problem rn with games being rushed and released before it should be.
@@BeedleTheImmortal maybe, but if they take too long, people lose interest, and when people lose interest, the game in question becomes less profitable, and when the game becomes less profitable, it may sell less than it should, and when it sells less than it should, the game series in question is doomed.
I'm ok with waiting as long as it takes if it means the game will be enjoyable and polished. Not that I think a long development necessarily equals a higher chance of that but I have hope. On a side note, they should (un)officially rename the game into Dragon Age Dreadwait.
I feel for those who have been waiting since 2015, even more if you started all the way back in 2009 with Origins. I got into the series late in 2016 but even since, it feels like endless waiting, here's hoping we see something before the year ends.
I started with Origins, fell completely in love and gobbled up both DA:2 and DA:I with joy. I’d been buying all kinds of updates for my computer for a while and felt I had to restrain my self a bit. “I swear to not buy a new computer until DA:4 gets out”. So, now I got a really old PC with a lot of funny noises, I’ve finished my studies, moved and changed cities twice and now I have a baby on the way so I won’t even have the time to play the frikking game IF IT EVER COME OUT OF HIDING! I fucking grew up waiting for this game
@@cellitha4906 well, they aren't going to design it exactly like Dragon Age: Inquisition, so maybe if you make a schedule, you can balance everything you need and want to do with enough time for each event. Play with your kid for a certain amount of times, hang out with your GF for a certain amount of time, and play DA: 4, assuming it ever comes out, for a certain amount of time. Unless you already do that and I have just wasted my time being redundant.
I want them to take their time, do it right. I hope they don't skimp because of impatient people whether they are CEOs or consumers, I want them to stay true to the art and create something meaningful and great. We NEED it to be after all we have been through these last few years. I can wait for that.
Considering the alpha build leaks we saw, it makes a lot of sense that they 'delayed' it to address those issues. I'm actually worried that an april 2024 release won't allow for the game to be reworked thoroughly. I want DA:D to be the BEST DA POSSIBLE, and i don't really want to see the skeletons of a multiplayer live service game when i finally play it...
Welcome to my world of The Elder Scrolls. Skyrim has been repackaged a zillion times and another update is rumored to come soon. The mmorpg Elder Scrolls Online never provided a true Elder Scrolls experience for me). So, I feel your pain. DAO it's DLC and DA II, were my 'summer homes' between Oblivion and Skyrim. Not having anything new for DragonAge or Elder Scrolls has been difficult. I replayed Inquisition a few times, but the grinding is too extensive!
I love an update. Thank you. My husband is a huge Zelda fan. He’s very happy today. But he was bemoaning his waiting like 5 years for Tears of the Kingdom. So I just looked at him and went “man that must be sooo hard sucks sooo much” he just laughed and said he was sorry to me. He got the collectors edition. I told him that when DA:D releases I am SPLURGING all the monies on it.
I don't mind the delay. I want them to take their time on it and make a really well game that doesn't feel rushed. I am chomping at the bit for any news on DAD. But coping with it. Would like to see another trailer for DAD.
Development hell indeed. It's been 4 years since the last game they shipped (Anthem). At times I'm loosing my mind over a new Mass Effect and we haven't seen Dreadwolf yet. It is what it is, let's hope the never ending delays are for the best, at the end of the day I wont complain if the game finally launches and it's actually good.
As long as the final result is as good as I really want it to be, I don't mind waiting a bit longer. However, one thing I don't think people realize is that the longer a game is in production, the more money it needs to make in order to recoup the costs that went into it- and at a 10 year window DAD will have some extremely huge financial shoes to fill. I just hope that the long production window doesn't mean EA sets unrealistic sales goals for the game, failing to meet which could spell disaster for the franchise regardless of the game's quality.
I agree. And that is why I'm hoping that this game will give us closure, perhaps even an ending to the story arc that began with DAO because who knows if we're getting DA5, and if we are if it's not gonna be another decade later or even longer.
Considering there was hardly an ETA announcement and hardly any marketing, this was an obvious one. Hopefully this means the game is stable and playable on launch (unlike some others....). I only hope the game will be worth the wait though, give me that narrative depth. Reason for the delays, hopefully I am wrong on this, but I fear this will be another development hellscape.
This is ridiculous. People be like"oh take your time" bullcrap. If all these other can do games you should have been able to do this in less then 10 freaking years. It is straight up pathetic
I wish they would release a remaster of D.A origins&2.(ps5, switch, controller support for pc) Think about it there's young people who have no idea what dragon age origins&2 are about. Plus a remaster would help keep hope alive.
What I would like to see is for them to remaster all three games (although Inquisition is in good shape). I am hoping it stays true to core of the game and avoids slamming us over the head with current issues.
@@keagandeal3475 cyberpunk was delayed and it was still bad. a game being delayed doesn't guarantee quality and that's what "people like you" need to realize.
@@powerhousegreen2754 . Exactly. Say it louder! 1) Actually delays could mean the opposite. A sign of the terrible job, management, and development they are having with the game. 2) Delaying and delaying the game also means it will never be released appropriately, because the technology standards keep advancing, which means that what they have been doing needs to be redone or at least updated to keep up with it, otherwise it will lack behind, and it becomes a never ending cycle. 3) The game is a direct sequel of another game that nowadays I consider incomplete, because in 10 years we haven't had an answer to it's annoying cliffhanger. If you are planning to take an eternity to release your sequel, then it's a terrible idea to end the last game in a cliffhanger. 4) As I mentioned in my original post. Im 55 now, hopefully I'll be around still when it is finally released. Can't blame a person going off the franchise when they're clearly not interested in it enough to concentrate on it either. Always pushing it back to concentrate on other projects. Just release it in book format because gaming clearly is too much for them to cope with.
Thanks for the video, Jack! I am honestly so busy, I'm heading to Turkey at the end of this month. This game really isn't in the forefront of my mind. I do appreciate updates on it tho! Im just happy my fic is on its last chapter and it only needs editing!
If only those 10 years had been spent on the game. Only the last couple of years are spent on the game we'll get and it will likely be as buggy as all other AAA releases.
It's almost 10 years. Bioware must be joking. I will even have to buy a PS5 only for this game? Are you really telling me there was only on game during the PS4 lifespan? The more time they take, the more expectations and demands I will have for this game. After 10 years the game better be 100% perfect in every aspect, otherwise I will trash it.
Like I've mentioned before, the release date will be Nov 18, 2024, ten years to the day Inquisition was released. As far as my expectations were concerned, I thought that we'd be playing DA:5 right now, giving Bioware a 4 year development cycle.
Let me know your thoughts on this update, how have you been coping with the wait? When do you think we’ll hear more about this game and actually have it in our hands? Let me know down below!
I'm exasperated with Bioware. Glad someone is speaking what I, at least, am thinking. Tired of hearing "don't rush, take your time" it's been too damn long. Thanks for keeping us sane, Jack
I have to get the rest out here, people are all "don't rush so it will be really good" this is the wrong mindset. I have a published thesis from my master's degree program. If I was told "don't rush so it's a really good manuscript/ perfect" I would NEVER have finished it and have my degree. There is always something to improve upon somewhere. Considering that they completed the Alpha milestone and the recent leaks that happened, they are definitely beta testing the game right now and it needs a whole load of optimization and there might still be some gameplay mechanics and elements that can be changed depending on what kind of feedback they get from the testers, although the game looks beautiful it had a lot of frame drops and the occasional texture misplacement here and there. I think they are taking the extra time to avoid time crunch, polish the game and ironing out any game breaking bugs so we all don't pick up torches and pitchforks if they release a buggy game after the fans waiting for a whole decade lol
I personally don't give a toss about anything EA does unless it involves fixing that walking abortion of an app. There are a lot of players who still can't play the games we paid good money for, so there's no hope of spending yet more money on a product that we potentially can't enjoy.
I'm honestly glad they're taking their time. Been loving this franchise since Origins and DA2 was such a disappointment. I'd rather give them five more years and get something amazing than have a repeat of that.
How am I coping? Diving into Diablo IV which is finally launching next month (and participating in the Server Slam this weekend). Also trying to catch up with World of Warcraft: Dragonflight content and Cyan Worlds (makers of the Myst franchise) is dropping a new game soon (Firmament). Lots to keep me busy until Dreadwolf arrives.
I kinda suspected as much and I'm not mad, they might start marketing for dread wolf later this year (if they are truly planning on a early-late 2024 release), and tbh i think the reason we've not gotten much discussion about dread wolf from Bioware is more than likely they've signed a NDA until the game is pretty much finished and they begin the marketing campaign.
My serotonin is dependent on Dreadwolf being as amazing as possible. I loved DA2 and Inquisition despite the limitations due to time constraints, so the more time they get the better imo.
But we have been expecting this? They'd have definitely started the marketing campaign a few months ago if it were to drop in 2023. Even so I think with the end of The Missing, a trailer or something similar may be in our near future. And if anything this gives me some small hope that they might still do something about the stuff they got backlash for in the leak.
I really want to play this game, but not until it's ready. I'm optimistic we'll get something at E3. I forgot where I heard this, maybe Mark darrahs video or some other game designer. But from what I understand Alpha does not mean 'almost done' or means they know what all the parts will look like, but doesn't mean they're done making all the parts. Like a really thorough detailed outline for writing a book, but you still gotta write the book. I'm thinking oct-nov 2024 release is a reasonable guess.
This year Baldur's Gate is released maybe it has something to do with the delay? Because it's a perfect competitor. I don't know but I prefer a delay rather than a cancelation :S
Not only Baldur's Gate but also Starfield. And this year we've had Hogwarts Legacy and Star Wars Survivor. Too many games to compete for Game of The Year also. I've always thought they would push it to 2024, but c'mon, they should commit now. Put out a release month. At least a release season. While they don't commit, they feel ok about delaying it forever. Not having crunch does not mean taking so much time.

@@ThisIsTheJob . Probably the opposite. A minority of fans still remain waiting for this game. You are so wrong if you believe in 10 years most people won't lose interest or even acknowledge the game. Or even remain playing videogames overall. 😂 The delusion. And then, when/if the game fails, even if it's good, you will be questioning the obvious reason. Look at how many views a video fo a game like Elden Ring gets in comparison of videos of a game like Dragon Age Dreadwolf, for instance. And Jackdaw is one of the most recognized DA UA-camrs, there are others too, and believe me, none of them don't get as many as you average Elden Ring, Street Fighter, Tekken, Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, The Witcher, Baldur's Gate, etc video gets. Also, unfortunately for Bioware, people with more organization, dedication, heart and effort is coming, like Larian, after Divinity Original Sin 1 and 2 they have become a synonym of quality, they also have good communication, they are transparent because they are confident of what they do. They should teach the shadow that is Bioware now a thing or two. Inquisition (the last game in the franchise 10 years ago 😂) has nothing to do against masterpieces like the Divinity original sin games.
What I’m hearing is “ it’s still in the oven marinating in the juices” which I’m OK with as long as it doesn’t come out undercooked or missing any extra necessary ingredients.
Knowing EA and Bioware, it's literally not a surprise that it's been delayed longer. I've known for a long time and I've been saying they won't release the game anytime soon
As always, thank you for the update Jake! You're the real MVP ❤ your videos have really been what's keeping me going. Thank you for keeping us up to date on what's happening. Personally, I think it'll probably be 2024 at the earliest before the game comes out. I'm totally ok with that cuz I want the game to be in the best possible condition on release, and also, it gives me more time to save for a new console 😁
I feel like, just as Jedi Fallen Order helped steer Dragon Age becoming single player only, I feel as though the release of Jedi Survivor might’ve contributed to this delay. Jedi Survivor is a game viewed as great behind the awful technical failures that’s stem from a lack of polish, especially on PC. EA were likely aware of the state of the game before launch, but might’ve not expected such a massive backlash in general. Now, they are probably going to try make sure another massive single player game in the works, Dragon Age Dreadwolf, has all the time in the oven it can to make sure this kind of press doesn’t happen again or atleast so soon in the future. As for the new release window, I was already expecting a mid to late 2024 release for this game with the potential for 2025. Hopefully Bioware makes a good use of this time to deliver on a finished product. Their last few games, including arguably all the way back to DA2, ME3 and Inquisition, were fairly buggy and undercooked at launch, likely due to the insane delivery times Bioware was putting out which slowly become untenable as development time for games skyrocketed. They just need to take their time, iron out all the issues, and release the great game we are all hoping for.
I don't get why people think more time equals less crunch. More people = less crunch. Few people taking forever to release a single product will kill momentum and burn them out as the development feels stuck. Also, 10 employees for 2 years should cost almost as much as 20 for 1 year. I feel this delay is to avoid the enormous competition of this year. Baldur's Gate, Starfield, and the award nominees Hogwarts Legacy and Star Wars Survivor. If it's because they can't complete it this year, then I suppose they are lost.
I mean, Baldur's Gate 3 is PC exclusive, Starfield doesn't really seem to be drumming up hype, and the new Star Wars game is appealing to a completely different crowd.
Do I hope BW can find that magic it had back in the days of KOTOR, Jade Empire, Mass Effect and Dragon Age Origins? Of course I do. I don't like hating on things that once brought me great joy. That said, this studio let alone this game is in such a state of limbo at this point, they're not even on my radar any more at this point. I hope they surprise us all in the end and make a great game. Right now, the only RPG on my radar is Starfield and after the debacle that was the CP2077 release, I keep my hype in check these days. Thanks for the update all the same.
I’m sensing very similar production issues that plagued DA: 2. I’ve got a soft spot for DA: 2 but I hope DA: DW ships in better shape. ( My favorite play through was treating it like Hawk’s villain origin story. Not the mustache twirling kind, but the nuanced kind. I picked Mage and slowly but surely became anti-Templar. 😅 )
@@valvadis2360 yes, similar. Now I admit I could be wrong, it’s been a while since I watched that little documentary thing’ie. But it started, stopped, changed course, had people leave, changed directive direction again, yadda yadda yadda. Would DA: D be rushed? No. Is it possible that it could have suffered from the other stuff? Yes. Thus, similar. 🤔Or at least I’m fairly certain it was DA: 2 that had those; maybe it could have been Inquisition. It’s been a while since I seen it. 🤷 I’m super hyped for this game, but I’m trying to be much more cautious about it after Anthem.
I'm pretty sure Dragon Age: Orgins had the same problems, didn't it? I don't think a single DA game was made without trouble but I may be getting this wrong.
@@channel45853 🤔 You might be right, actually. Now I can’t help but wonder what sort of awesome game would be made if they were able to avoid that turbulence. Though that probably says more about the folks managing the operation than anything.
This is rly saddening. I feel like this might be happening because EA decided to downsize the team after ME Andromeda and Anthem got released for well-known reasons - those games didn't hit the mark that was expected from Bioware. And because of that, Bioware probably doesn't have the same capacity that it had in its golden age.
Jackdaw, did you see that people are using GPT and A.I. voice to have real-time talk with characters in the game, like Skyrim? Do you think something like this could work in dragon age as a mod? I know you aren't a modder I think, but I want to hear your opinion.
@@malushapolotskaya7322 It would be so much better. After some events, some character doesn't even have a dialogue about it, and with this, we could give them a little more awareness and be less "robotic". Just describe their personality traits and history about the world, so ChatGPT with some A.I. voice will do the rest.
So far all we've been shown for DA:D is a PowerPoint of Tervinter that made it look closer to a CyberPunk game than a Dragon Age game. An animation of Solas that makes him look more like a villain from some cheap 3D anime. A cinematic of a dude shooting a bow that again, looks like it would make more sense in a Mass Effect game than in a DA game, and most recently leaked footage of the game which shows a guy in full plate armour dropkicking the most stupid looking Darkspawn I've ever seen and then doing a perfect somersault backflip (yes still in full plate armour). Oh yeah and how could I forget the most recent copy and pasted PowerPoint slideshow that they're definitely going to be putting into the Dragon Age Keep cutscenes? I mean at this point saying my faith in this game turning out to be a success is rock bottom is an understatement to say the least. To be fair though maybe this is for the best. My expectations where so high for DA:2 and DA:I that it made it so much worse when I was dissapointed. At least if I don't expect anything from them then I can't have my hopes shattered. 🤷♂
Very happy that Mark Darrah is back to help the team, but I won't lie, I am a little worried about the state of Dreadwolf. To have so many delays, it seems like a red flag to me. I'm getting the sense that DA:D just isn't up to par with the previous installments or something isn't working overall. But, I'm hoping that this delay and having all hands on deck will get the game to where it needs to be by release.
It's a bit disappointing but I'm not surprised, I'm just tired of waiting really. I remember waiting for Inquisition after DA:II to release and it felt like forever, even though it was a three year wait. Now almost a whole decade since the release of Inquisition.. but I'll keep waiting. It would be nice for a trailer or something. :(
Waiting has been hell, I have been waiting since 2014. But I would much rather they delay the project and get every bell and whistle right, than to haphazardly release a broken game the way so many studios today to. There is so much riding on this game for me. I have been a fan since DA2 and I absolutely love this world it is a hyperfixation of mine so I want them to get it right. I have a lot of confidence in Bioware I really do. I always have. I know whatever game we get will be good.
By the time it gets released nobody, except for its niche fandom, will acknowledge the game. Or worse, even less than that, as many would have already moved on from Dragon Age or even from gaming overall, depending on the life and responsibilities of the person. It's been a DECADE after all. Time doesn't pass in vain.
Trust me, I've been noticing fans' reactions lately and since DA DAY (December 2022) we are starting to become more and more disillusioned. Now VERY few fans are optimistic. Even Jackdaw who tries to be optimistic is worried now. The latest side content (The Missing) always reiterates the same three things and it's probably the worst comic I've ever read. They teased their fans for too long.

(Pun intended) (Also RIP Fable 4)
What is it with these 3rd person RPGs not being able to count to four?
I’m honestly not expecting the game until late next year at the earliest, anything before then would be a pleasant surprise
Take your time, Bioware. Take all the time you need. Just deliver us a fantastic game.
If they take much longer, all of us OG fans will be to crippled with arthritis to play the stupid game.
@@tobygrimes9633 Probably shouldn’t be chronically online watching for video game news, then.
No, take less time, it's been a freaking decade. I know they restarted but damn, they have taken so long that they are literally only releasing the game on next gen consoles.

It's really not that bad, fortunately I keep my mind occupied with other hobbies while I wait rofl
Same as a dragon age fan I rather than take their time
Too bad not many people will be left if they take an eternity to release it.
Im just hopping they will do a great job with this one dragon age world and lore deserve it
Considering the alpha build leaks we saw, it makes a lot of sense that they 'delayed' it to address those issues.
Just, constant pain. 😩
Thank goodness for Baldur's Gate III, otherwise I'd be so sad about this! Thanks Jackdaw for keeping us updated.
Ive been waiting for this game for so long. I was a kid when I finished DAI and now bout to marry and graduate Uni and stilll no dreadwolf 😭
It has become the GTA 6 of RPGs.....or is that Fable.....or Elder Scrolls......or Fallout.......
If it is released in a working state few issues or non delay as long as needed❤
I can wait. But I would really like some information this summer to show us things are on track
This is ridiculous. People be like"oh take your time" bullcrap. If all these other can do games you should have been able to do this in less then 10 freaking years. It is straight up pathetic
I wish they would release a remaster of D.A origins&2.(ps5, switch, controller support for pc)
Think about it there's young people who have no idea what dragon age origins&2 are about.
Plus a remaster would help keep hope alive.
Why do game sequels take so long now? It's been 9 years since DA:I, 13 years since ESV, 8 years since FO4, what's taking so long?
Anthem and andromeda
Thank you for the update
Thank you for watching!!
What I would like to see is for them to remaster all three games (although Inquisition is in good shape). I am hoping it stays true to core of the game and avoids slamming us over the head with current issues.

By the time the game gets released almost nobody will acknowledge it, only it's niche fandom and even less than that, as many will surely have moves on from Dragon Age or even gaming overall. Time does not pass in vain.

Still got inquisition on my pc, I wonder if we'll have to keep it or just make choices like the last time.

Later release isn't bad though gives the devs more time to work it out
After 10 years, if there is a single bug in this game at release, Bioware might as well pack it in and go home. This is getting beyond ridiculous.
If only those 10 years had been spent on the game. Only the last couple of years are spent on the game we'll get and it will likely be as buggy as all other AAA releases.

Thanks for keeping us updated
In the meantime I wouldn’t mind a remake of DA: Origins. That’d be sweet, an appetizer before the main course.
Honestly I’m still excited! I check for updates each week, I’m hungry for it!!
My hope is DA:D is popular enough to prompt EA into making remakes of the previous Dragon Age games.
People are going to start losing interest if they keep delaying
I think people have, only the most dedicated remain hyped
I kinda suspected as much and I'm not mad, they might start marketing for dread wolf later this year (if they are truly planning on a early-late 2024 release), and tbh i think the reason we've not gotten much discussion about dread wolf from Bioware is more than likely they've signed a NDA until the game is pretty much finished and they begin the marketing campaign.
I wasn’t expecting it this year but damn. Atleast make it upto the fans
I dont mind the delay. Theres a lot of very bad pc ports released from EA and everyone else maybe this wont be a disaster at release.
due to personal reasons, I am actually pleased by these news.
How?
Bladur's Gate isn't multiplatform and is less known than Dragon Age.

It’s ridiculous. BioWare has let us down and I just don’t care any more. A +10 year wait is absurd. I give up and moving on with my life.
Like at this point just GIVE US SOMETHING! They're making us wait, but not giving us anything to keep us going. 😢 Even an image would do.... ANYTHING!
The night is long, and the path is dark. Look to the sky for one day soon, the dawn will come (and maybe hopefully DAD)
Bioware moved the Mass Effect team to work on DAD, so they do have more people working on it now.
The longer the weight for dragon age is the longer mass effect will take
Do I hope BW can find that magic it had back in the days of KOTOR, Jade Empire, Mass Effect and Dragon Age Origins? Of course I do. I don't like hating on things that once brought me great joy. That said, this studio let alone this game is in such a state of limbo at this point, they're not even on my radar any more at this point. I hope they surprise us all in the end and make a great game. Right now, the only RPG on my radar is Starfield and after the debacle that was the CP2077 release, I keep my hype in check these days. Thanks for the update all the same.
"Dreaded wait" Ha good one.
Similar? This is the exact opposite, DA2 was rushed to hell and back and had only 15 months of development.

Fine, I can wait. All I ask is that finally have a scout Harding romance option. Just let me have that.
Another year to polish things dosn't seem a bad thing to me, let them carry on, just as long as we get a jaw dropping game by the end of it.
Absolutely no one are surprised.
Game better be a masterpiece
Honestly, however long it takes them to create a GOOD game that doesn't crash and bug upon release.
No news other than: "You aren't getting it for another few years." Thanks Bioware
No news just delays. If its goings so well Bioware show me the game! Give me a trailer.
Why waste development resources for something like that? Let them cook.
@@MaxiGoethling We have no choice BUT to "let them cook". I'm just venting frustration I doubt Bioware will see my comment and feel any urgency about releasing anything. I'm just talking.🙄
I don’t want to rush the game and don’t want any crunch in development. It’s just frustrating to see the purgatory this game has been in throughout its development and know that we could’ve had it long ago. ME5 2032?
They will have no excuse to make a good game after this. Hopefully the city is more lively compared to Orlais' bland setting with no genuine characters to get to know. Also hope its as dark and full of intrigue im Tevinter like how Fenris described. Hoping for the best.
We hope to see DAD sooner rather than later. We miss DAD.
We will have the same DAD soon enough. Until then, more DAD jokes, please.
DAD literally left for milk
I may be skeptical after all these year waiting but I seriously doubt they reached alpha last october even tho they said so, I think they just lied. It's unthinkable that since then we haven't recieved something more than a UX proof of concept of the skill tree, if the game was truly in alpha
Thank the gods. I want it to be so good so this is promising.
Tbh, what I'm reading about dw having a God of war combat style and the fact each game is getting further away from origins medieval gothic horror theme has lost my interest
Second this comment!!! I’m soooo not looking forward to playing another hack & slash, these games are flooding the market! Dragon Age’s combat has always stood apart to me as something totally unique to the franchise and I think departing from this style is a huge mistake
