- In this part 2 lecture, we’ll be demonstrating how to off-load a vehicle with a broken ball joint, or a missing wheel. We’ll be using a ball-joint block, jack, 4-way and a skate, all featured in our part one equipment video.
This free course covers everything you need to know to become a successful tow truck operator in 2020 - 2021.
I explain how the truck operates, daily inspections, tricks of the trade and what equipment you'll be using day to day.
I also walk you through specific circumstances from start to finish, so that you can practice over-the-shoulder of a PRO.
Lastly, I walk you through my customer service process and share a few tips from my 30+ years in the towing industry.
Thanks for sharing 🙏
