do you power on the gopro by pressing the power button once you connect the battery or it automatically powers on. Also. I heard something about losing footage unless you power the gopro off? Maybe I misread it somewhere
Sorry for late reply. 1) Camera has a switch which you can turn on for automatic power ON when you connect power lead. 2) you definitely need to stop recording before you remove power.
I have tried these steps over and over again. I can not get my geprc naked hero 8 on my Geprc cinelog 25 to turn on recording. All switches set up. All files in cli set right. What am I doing wrong?
Hi, yes you need to scan a QR code given in the manual to enable WiFi. Secondly, WiFi can be connected only when you have only black and red wires connected to camera. It somehow doesn't work when yellow wire is connected to FC. So make another spare cable which can only give power and ground to the camera, only then the WiFi connection works.

@@rcrahul3657 Hi there, thank you for your reply! I am still having trouble: I also got the Cinelog 25 and what i did was to remove the yellow cable from the connector that goes to the gopro. You mean I also have to unsolder the yellow cable on the fc in order to connect? Also, do I need to setup anything before trying this wifi thing? I've tried with the QR and it doesn't work for me :(

Is it already set on high bitrate? 100mbit?
Not sure where is it set in GoPro.. However, FYI, this camera comes with GoPro labs firmware which can take QR code commands
I heard the button recording for radio can make the gopro fry. Is that true ? Even geprc have the solution how to erase that function
No, its not true. I have been using the recording stop/start through my aux channel, and its working perfectly fine.
