My Retrobat makes me set the controllers every time I open the emulation (using joy-cons). Do you have any suggestions on how to avoid it?

@JustJamie1983 yes of course. I followed all your steps and I can play very well. The emulated console icon also appears in Retrobat. If I try to launch a game it doesn't find the emulator. I go to the list of emulators. But I can't find the emulator in the list.
You need to download it outside of RB.

Whats is the difference between Retrobat and Emudeck?
Preference really. Retrobat is older and more matured.
mine is not opening the enulator when i click on a game it sends me back to the games list

I got the keys v18 and firmware also v18. But everytime i try to lunch a game i get error firmware missing.
Have you installed it?

@demonprincess5634 then it's likely either your keys or your firmware are out of date and not compatible with each other.
For the steam version do we download linux?
Steam Deck you mean? If so. RB is Windows only.

@Ranlexus unless you have windows or an app which accepts .exe files. It will not work.
@JustJamie1983 is there a way to get it to work on my deck?
