18:00 Is that the SD card!?
I'm genuinely shocked that you don't see the homebrew channel popup more and the bannerbomb\letterbomb emails that softlock the wii when opened unless you have what it wants on the sd card.
I bought my Wii a few months back because our Wii broke in like 2014 and we got rid of it. My Wii had no flaps when I bought it so I just purchased some aftermarket flaps and replaced the missing ones.
My wii got both flaps still, but the gamecube controller flap is missing the pieces to connect it to the console. I don't even remember how that happened.
The fact that the wii was literally called Monkey and that’s racist 💀💀💀💀
I'm not sure if anyone else has said this but the very first console before the update said that it was modified I think someone may have Home at some point but then the store you bought it from factory reset it so it removed the homebrew channel but the modifications stayed the same
I do have all the flaps on my Wii. In fact, mine is a red one; those were the Mario 20th Anniversary special edition models. They also come with red WiiMote+ and nunchuck. The sensor bar, cables, and PSU were all the regular grey though.
at 11:16 it looks like the sim that was being played's name was Desmond Miles 😄
I used streaming channels on my Wii because it was essentially my replacement for a DVD player, and my TV at the time wasn't compatible with HDMI.
I need one of those wii flaps, my sd card flap for my black wii is missing.
For me, the Wii was my primary method of accessing Netflix and UA-cam.
I sure do have the flaps on my Wii. It's in mint condition. It just sat under my TV since I bought it on launch day so I don't know how they would come off.
12:22 ooh fwiw the first year or two of having my wii I recall it had netflix that was useful on it fiww quite nice to think it was even able to do thst sort of stuff on the wii.
"A total of 24 hours and 40 minutes in one day" should we remind him that one day is 24 hours?
8:45 That's maybe half the number of mii's we have on our family wii except we actually are decent at making mii's and thats not counting the ones in the banished area idk i forgot the name of it
Still use are wii and Xbox 360 to this day because we don't have any of the newer consoles
We have like 50 games 😅 maybe more
Him: I'm surprised to see Wii's played this recently.
Me playing my Wii while watching this
Wii's are expensive in the US, here in the UK you can get a Wii for £15 ($19) all day long, often as low as £10 ($12.70).
My Wii still has all the flaps but the gamcube ports flap is always loose for some reason. I'd love to see you look through my collection of Miis. Some pretty creative ones on there.
yes everyone used the Wii as back up streaming devices in guest rooms or Dens. it was the main use late in its life. Once they ended Netflix support everyone threw them out.
I love that 7 hours later the Wiis are gone.
You really have good Deals. Thanks dude.
My childhood Wii has the original controller port flap but the memory card flap is not the original, got a replacement on Nintendo's website in 2013
Okay, this is kind of gaming loot boxes I can get behind.
warum fand ich das Video so spannend? :D Ich selbst hab auch eine rote Wii
Jacob, I can’t find any wiis on your website?
The "Wii system update" isnt a update at all and instead its trying to find homebrew and remove it for good by replacing the file it boots from with stubs
My wii has a missing flap. If you open the gamecube door while the wii is on its side the hinges snap.
