I tried your tip of emulisfying my shampoo on my hands today and it went really well: it meant I used much less shampoo than usual and I found it so much easier to get the shampoo onto my scalp. That's something I'll keep doing.
I also agree that, with wavy hair, wet styling is the best way to achieve clumping and definition but I'm quite lazy and so I add my styling products in the shower, immediately after washing/conditioning - I've become rather adept at carrying out the one-handed plop into a hair wrap while standing in the shower 😄 Speaking of hair wraps, my new Dock & Bay wrap arrived today and I'm looking forward to trying it out on my next wash day.
After watching your channel, I'm becoming tempted by the Wet Brush; I don't get on very well with my Tangle Teezer brush (the bristles scrape my scalp during use) or my Denman brush (it's not really made for detangling). I felt reassured by your showing how flexible the Wet Brush head is - thanks for that helpful info 👍

So glad the emulsifying tip helped - sometimes even the smallest changes can make a big difference ❤️
I’ve never actually tried styling in the shower - do you not find you need to see what your doing to be able to style?
I honestly love my wet brush so much it’s made a big difference to detangling and much prefer it to my tangle teezer x

I also love the wet brush ❤ it just glides through my hair and it does not pull the hair I have fine hair

@blondiejam924 I think it’s my favourite wavy hair tool! I also have fine hair and now realise I was going a lot of damage with how I brushed my hair!

Thanks so much Rebecca for your lovely comment 🥰 it was only when I was editing I thought some of the British slang might be a bit confusing 😆😆

Great video as always I had my hair trimmed yesterday its now a bit shorter than yours but it needed a trim as not had it done in 3 months I'm growing out the bleach and letting my silver come in my hairdresser recommend Montibello colour resurrection ice silver conditioner toner she says it doesn't dry your hair out like others its just for my bleached ends and middle to tone it to match my silver roots as I have about 3 inches of silver roots have you ever tried this product or do you recommend any toners / purple conditioners thanks ❤ Ps how often do you have a trim / cut

      Hello blondiejam ✨
Never used or to be honest hears of montibello but I do love the WonderBlonde shampoo from BeautyPie - used it as part of my clarifying wash routine and leaves my hair super fresh and gets rid of brassiness in one wash without drying and stripping my hair. LOVE IT! I’ve got a video on it if you’re interested.
I recently had a trip to the hairdressers and will aim to get a vlog style video up on the channel in the next couple of weeks but I literally had a dusting off the ends as it’s actually in pretty good condition these days. I’m trying to grow mine much longer. Hope that helps x

Thank you Tori I have now used the Montibello ice silver conditioner and I really liked it I now have silver ends and middle to go with my silver roots .Thank you for recommending the wonder blonde shampoo as my hair at the roots is silver / white I find that shampoos can make my roots purple so I use toners conditioner only on my ends and middle of my hair and I leave out my roots.Looking forward to your vlog on your hair trim.Im also growing my hair it takes so long I'm only having the ends off its going to take at least nearly 3 years before I have all my natural silver in and my bleached hair cut off I really don't do short hair it doesn't suit me I lost my hair back in 2002 with cemo after breast cancer it was so scary to lose my hair I'm now embracing my curls/ waves and looking after my hair im on a journey to grow my hair have my natural colour and get my hair in good condition I've just started using olaplex and it's been amazing so far I noticed the difference the first time I used it my hair was so soft and it felt a lot better I also use k18 and I really like that .Thank you Tori for all your helpful videos ❤

Oh it must have been so scary to loose your hair - are you all completely cancer free now? 🤞
My hair takes forever to grow too, I’ve found olpaplex 3 to be a big game changer for the condition of my hair and therefore seems to also grow a bit quicker. I do like k18 as well but it is very very expensive.

Thank you I'm all cancer free its been many years now but it was a scary time .Your right k18 is expensive I brought a few bottles when it was on offer .The thing is when your growing your hair its a very slow process especially if your me lol as I'm measuring my silver roots to see how much its grown I just need to stop and let nature do its thing 😂

I find I get the best results from the simplest routine, it’s great to try different techniques but I always end up back to basics.
Btw… love the Breton top with the elbow patches… where is from?

It’s funny isn’t it how sometimes the easiest option also turns out to be the best.
I do love how many looks and how much flexibility there is for wavy hair if you treat it right 😍
Oh thanks so much - it’s from Ralph Lauren, I got it a few years ago in an outlet store ❤️
