Like the info, too many like and subscribe and join the other channel...just my opinion. Very Glad to have found you, and will be seeking out new methods of getting help for my one kidney, also had back surgery on l4/l5 many years ago, and will be looking into adrenal fatigue syndrome as I'm ALWAYS Tired. At 70, little motivation for anything. Thanks again 💜💜💜

Hi Petra, The knee exercise shown here is an extract from a longer video. Also the stance is covered in full detail in another free video. Here is the link: spacetorelax.com/qigong-standing-posture/. Warmest wishes and stay safe. Janice. :-)

Well, the knee exercise is basically yoga and not qi quong and as well as the standing pose.

Hi Padma, the knee exercise was shown to me by my Qigong professor in the Univerisity of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangzhou, China. I'm a huge fan of yoga and my best friend is a yoga teacher, so yes, many of our postures and exercises are similar but also many are different. Sorry you feel that way. I think it is important to explain to my students the principle of why they are performing these exercises and any safety precautions people with injuries and limited movement need to take before practising the movements. Best wishes, Janice.
