താങ്കൾ insulin എടുക്കുന്നതിന് upper limit ഇല്ല എന്ന് ഒരു എപ്പിസോഡിൽ പറഞ്ഞു പക്ഷെ ചില രോഗികളിലെങ്കിലും അമിത വണ്ണം ഉണ്ടാകാൻ കാരണം ആകുന്നില്ലേ? ഡോക്ടറുടെ അഭിപ്രായം എന്താണ്.

അതേ.അവനവന്റെ ആരോഗ്യ സ്ഥിതി അനിസാരിച്ചുള്ള വ്യായാമം വളരെ പ്രാധാന്യം ആണെന്ന് അനുഭവത്തിൽ തോന്നുന്നു. മരുന്ന് സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്ന രീതിയെക്കുറിച് പറഞ്ഞുവല്ലൊ പല മെഡിക്കൽ സ്റ്റോറുകളിലും ശരിയായ രീതിയിൽ അല്ല .അതുപോലെ മരുന്ന് സ്റ്റോറുകളിലേക്കു അയക്കുന്ന രീതി തന്നെ തെറ്റാണ്. പല സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലും വെയിൽ കൊള്ളുന്ന സ്ഥലതുപോലും മരുന്നുപെട്ടികൾ അയക്കാൻ ഇട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാഴ്ച്ച കണ്ടു. അതിൽ കുറഞ്ഞ താപനില യിൽ സൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടവ ഉണ്ടോന്ന് ആർക്കറിയാം?.നമ്മുടെ കയ്യിൽ കിട്ടുമ്പോഴേക്കും ഗുണനിലവാരം വളരെ മോശമായിരിക്കും. പിന്നീട് നമ്മൾ എത്ര കരുതി സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടും കാര്യമില്ല. നല്ല എപ്പിസോഡ്. നന്ദി

തടി വലുതായിട്ട് ഷർട്ട്‌ ന്റെ സൈസ് വലുതാകുന്നതിനെ പറ്റി പരിതപിക്കുന്നത് പോലെ അല്ലേ ഈ ചിന്താഗതി !!! ഷുഗർ കുറച്ചു കൊണ്ട് വന്നാൽ ഇൻസുലിൻ കുറച്ചു പോരെ?
