I was using Hugo for a couple of hours last time i played. Got absolutely bodied in most of the matches,but had so much fun playing with this character. This guide will come in very handy. Cheers for uploading this guys!
this guide got me from around floating the 1800pp to now around 3000pp. not that points mean much these days, but it sure did help my game a lot! cheers bafael
The move that I hate is the forward + HP which whiffs everyone on the ground. The only use I spotted on this video is an anti-air combo that apparently needs to trade damage? I was thinking that maybe it could work as an option select on spd range: if you start the spd input from back, you can choose to press HP after a half circle and get the aa-HP for opponents jumping away, while continuing the motion until up-forward and pressing punch gives you an spd in case they don't. But the Monster Lariat would work better in that situation anyway...
even though you skip the ultra anim because it takes way too long for each combo, maybe an annotation to show damage at the end for each one? that's a bit of extra work per vid but it'd be pretty nice.
I know it might be a bit late, but I think annotations would help a ton in videos like these. Maybe do them for SF5 or have someone speak over and explain it
Most fun SF character EVA! Went online after watching this and ran a fucking train on mofos (for the most part). Clap meaties into resets create a lot of comebacks. Life leads on Hugo don't mean much.

Worth mentioning that a U2 OS'd from HP Clap WILL whiff on characters that do a backflip as their backdash, such as Yun, Yang, Decapre, Cammy, etc.

Energyone maybe its not his intent for the viewer to pause but it's a way for you to "deal with it".
