    Having IBS and being a teenager in 11th grade has been so embarasing. I feel as if people can hear every single sound my stomach makes but finding these videos have helped me calm my mind knowing that there are people out there that understand what im going through

      FODMAP diet is also worth looking into. Taking a good probiotic and taking vitamins and a green powder has been great for me. Do your best to have healthy staples that you know you can eat. And stay hydrated!!

    I appreciate you sharing these ibs friendly ideas! It can be pretty overwhelming to eat the foods you love when your body is just not feeling it.     You have no idea what a calming, wonderful experience your channel is ( or maybe you do haha), I have recent also discovered that what I've been dealing with is IBS ( which really bloomed after a stressful year of no sleeping with a newborn, big move, lots anxiety and not eating almost for hours on end) and your video is exactly what I needed, and thank you for the 20% off code, the site only gives you 10% if you're new and sign up.
    I don't really drink coffee much but I love black tea, I just realized that having it for years on an empty stomach was not the right move. Thanks for mentioning caffeine on an empty stomach, it's so glamorized especially in America to have a cup of black coffee for breakfast and then working hours till a lunch later.     deep yolk color is not necessarily an indicator of health btw. it just means the chickens are fed more corn diet with more xanthophylls

    I think for the rice paper dumplings to be crispy and not explosive, don’t soak the rice paper in water for too long. Soak it for 5 seconds or less, it will eventually soften up as you roll them and since it’s not soaking wet, it will crisp up better and there will be less chances of it getting exploded. Hope it helps :)

    You could even do a Korean spin on your bfast bowl! Just add kimchi and some seaweed with the avo and sriracha- I think it'd be so yum

    Leaving the spring rolls in the fridge for at least an hour or two after assembly will dry them out a bit! It’ll definitely allow them to get crisper during the fry.

    This makes me less scared to be gluten free again. We can’t figure out what’s wrong with me aside from histamine intolerance and ibs. But there is something for sure wrong and food has been really hard for me. Thank you for sharing this

      I'm not sure about your circumstances or if this has been resolved, but if not, consider working with a dietician and/ or doing an elimination diet. I suffered severely for years even got my gallbladder taken out. I finally saw a dietician who specializes in ED and gut issues and it helped so much. SIBO and Candida, along with food intolerances gone and while not 100% better, it's so much better. It's totally worth the time and investment if you can.

I’ll buy them when I get paid on the first (I hope your code doesn’t/won’t expire till then…) but I can’t wait to try them, and ask what my gastroenterologist thinks of them (if she’s heard of them, or approves of them), as well. Fingers crossed that they work for me. Honestly, all I’ve known to try over the counter is Pepto, and that doesn’t help. I’m constantly getting stomach aches and excessive bloating… I won’t go into the symptoms, of course. If you know, you pretty much know.
    I’ve been in the process of getting my own stomach issues properly diagnosed and cared for (I’m afraid I’m going to end up needing to do Physical Therapy).

    Hey! You might have leaky gut (may be the root cause of your IBS) It's very common with people who are celiac/have gluten intolerance.
    In order to heal I would highly recommend taking L Glutamine to heal the lining of your gut. I just thought I'd let you know as I know I would've really appreciated finding out about it sooner myself. x

    Great video, sorry about your panic attack, I hope you find total freedom and relief. I know for me reading up on anxiety in the Bible or books like battlefield of the mind helped. And hydroxyzine which is an antihistamine but has that bonus of curbing anxiety and helps you sleep at night. Anyway, great meal ideas, thank you! ❤

    have you ever ordered your coffees half caf or decaf? i like coffee but like you cannot drink it (stomach/heightens my anxiety) - decaf doesn't affect my stomach for whatever reason!

    Awe Sammie ( sorry if I spelled it incorrect) my baby got her shots last year , it was for a few years;and she had a reaction and if I wasn’t watching her whew it could of been worse. She’s A small kitty and was 6 at the time so it was too much. So glad us pet parents are on it ! They are our kids. Anyway I love eggs but I have an egg allergy so now it’s time for me to seek alternatives. They think I have a soy intolerance too. I’ve always had food tolerance issues and now I’m my mid 30s it’s like so much worse. So seeing alternatives I have t tried is so nice thanks. Though I’m a rice paper girl I will fry them !!! I never do. Love it.

    A tip for using up the arugula: make arugula pesto!! its soo good and u can freeze it, literally just put arugula, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice in a food processor and if u want u can add parm :) (omg just realized u made arugula pesto as im watching the video LOL)
