Love the video Lindsey :) I think I saw you asking on IG about other types of videos we’d be interested in seeing. I didn’t have an idea then, but now i do lol. I think it could be cool to see monthly media roundups. What you’ve been enjoying in terms of music, books, movies, tv, podcasts, etc. Doesn’t need to be full albums or a podcast as a whole, could be singular songs/episodes that caught your attention. All of your videos are winners in my books :)
I was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease and it's been so difficult navigating the gluten-free world. Your videos are always so helpful and the best inspiration for GF recipes!
i feel this so much!!! i was diagnosed last year and finding videos/inspo like this where i also like the vibe of is hard. if that makes sense lol. having celiacs is HARD, hang in there!
Without you and your recipes, I would be living on air fryer meals and pasta with sauce from a jar lol. I 100% needed some inspo! 💞 thank you for sharing as always and making cooking and meal prep look so easy. It always gives me motivation to make some delicious meals
I'm GF too, and have been in such a recipe dry spell, but this video has helped sooooo much! Heading to trader joe's later to pick up some ingredients for that summer pasta! thank you sm for the inspo!!
This was amazing ! Me and my mom are both GF so it always helps to see more meals ideas. Our fav gluten free thing to make lately has been a combination of miso salmon + a mango salsa (mango, red onions, cilantro, lime) + rice :) we also make a lot of either steak salads or ceasar salads and find ways to make it GF so for example using gf bread in the oven for the croutons ect. Please make more of these ! 💗
Loved this!! Farmers market squash summer pasta is my fav, making it tonight! I also recently moved in with my bf, we do the same meal plan and I do most of the shopping / cooking. Will def be trying some of these for our rotation :)
Would love to see more gluten free meal ideas from you! I'm in the middle of the low-fodmap diet and I've discovered that gluten (and onions and garlic, devastating) is definitely a no-no for me 🥲 but I loooooove cooking and find your what I eat in a weeks super helpful!
Can you possibly do these weekly or bi-weekly? I love these recipes and will be doing them next week ◡̈ Also, I’ve been loving getting my produce from Super King! There’s one in the Valley and their produce are always so cheap and fresh! Wanted to throw that out there
I love the Santa Monica farmer's market.I have been shopping there since the eighties. Do you remember how much per pound you paid for the stone fruit? And I live in Santa Clarita. We have a pretty good farmer's market on saturday and Sunday
The green onion stalks are sturdy cuz they are harvested later, if it was in spring would have been more frail, I know this from witnessing years of gardening
