I cook all my beef ahead of time, season it and then freeze in one pound portions in food saver bags. I also do the same with ground turkey and ground sausage. Makes supper preparation so much quicker and easier.

You can't go wrong with the chicken fajita wraps! I like to use either avocado oil or coconut oil when cooking at high temperatures because they both have a high smoke point so they don't oxidize when heated and create free radicals like olive oil does. The smoke point for coconut oil is 350 while avocado oil is around 425!

I either use the one from Costco or Trader Joe's. Or, sometimes I'll just make my own in the food processor if I have leftover cauliflower. For the soy sauce substitute, I used the coconut aminos (shown in the video)... I linked it for you in the description box ;)
How do you manage your avocado's? When I buy them, they are hard as a rock. Then when I need them, they feel way too ripe and when cut open, they have brown spots. :(

Yay! As far as an eating plan, I don't stick to a specific menu per say, but I typically will do 2-3 days eating low carb/keto style followed by 1-2 days of moderate carbs (around 75-100g). I don't really measure macros anymore... I just pay attention to my portion sizes (using smaller plates, etc.). I also don't snack much between meals unless it's a low carb snack like fat bombs, veggie sticks with my homemade ranch, boiled egg, etc. As far as the intermittent fasting goes.... I just don't eat my first meal (aka breakfast) until around 11-1130am. I'll eat lunch around 2-230pm and dinner around 6-630pm... so that means I'm not eating anything from 630pm-11:30am which gives my body 16-17 hours of "fasting"... you can still drink water, herbal teas, and bulletproof coffee during the fasting time frame. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have anymore questions :)
It's the Siete Grain Free Chips in the Lime flavor... you can find these at whole foods, HEB (in texas), and I think Sprouts now carries them. Or, just order them online. They're so good and paleo-friendly.
Legally, beef producers are no longer allowed to give cattle hormones. Obviously this offers little in the way of confidence regarding fees lot cattle beef.
Kayla - just love your wonderful, healthy recipes! Have an issue though - it is like nails on a blackboard the way you mispronounce salmon (one doesn't pronounce the l - ever!) and turmeric (you can just google how to pronounce it and they give you a sound video, so there is no confusion. Sorry to be critical, but you do such a great job and it will only enhance your credibility to pronounce these often used words correctly.
Let's get one thing straight... 10 mons or less do not! I repeat DO NOT include the time to prep and cut all those veggies into nice cubes and slices. Also there's no pre measured seasoning ... all these things take time . So don't kid yourself,you will need another 30 mins for prep.

Were the veggies already prepped? It takes a while to wash and dice hat many for the lettuce wraps and to add all those spices, but looks good!
Yeah these meals would take WAY longer than ten minutes, "maybe" ten minutes cook time, but with the prep it's gonna be way longer.

They all look great! I think the chicken fajita wraps are up first for me! Why do you use avocado oil vs other options... certain benefits, taste?
You can't go wrong with the chicken fajita wraps! I like to use either avocado oil or coconut oil when cooking at high temperatures because they both have a high smoke point so they don't oxidize when heated and create free radicals like olive oil does. The smoke point for coconut oil is 350 while avocado oil is around 425!
It is important to realise though that coconut oil has a lot of saturated fat, which commonly is not considered as a healthy option.

Sweet potato isn't paleo
It is. But peppers and tomatoes aren't. They're highly inflammatory nightshades. These recipies must be modified to fit us, autoimmune folks.
