Can part of this be fitted to use one side as a residential guest area?
Can you attach wood framing to the metal framing for the interior walls, if so how much if any distortion will this cause on the building?

The only thing I don't like about these is, anyone can just take the screws out on the outside and remove the panel and they are inside.
Do you realize that most homes can be broken into with a credit card?
