What color is the building ?

What type of insulation is that? I looks a lot nicer than spray foam insulation.

What I found out is The foundation has to be bigger than building. The concrete anchors have a specific distance between outside edge of pad and anchor set point. If you anchor to close to edge you can break concrete. The way your customer did this is correct. My sales rep said make foundation same dimensions as building but once I got the plans it talks about that specifically and in my case I went larger so my anchor set point is 4" from outside edge.
Can concrete be installed later?
Yes, that can be done. We recommend that you raise the perimeter 4-6” so when you pour concrete inside the building you will not lose too much height clearance.
how would The perimeter be raised 4-6 inches?
Planning to do the same and add pavers inside once building is done. I assume I would just put pavers on the inside right along side the frame.

I think it’s great you all put your face, names and numbers out to the public. I’m looking at one of these buildings within a few years and I’m researching now. My property is all wooded here in Virginia and I need to cut, log and stump it all out. But for now I’m looking at prices, styles and colors. Thank you.

How much of a difference will the 2" fiberglass insulation make? I'm looking to build a 30x50x14 with (3) 12x12 doors and a man door.
2” fiberglass is similar to Batt insulation that is used for basements/crawlspaces. Give me a call to go over the project you had in mind. John 336-717-2884

Can you attach wood framing to the metal framing for the interior walls, if so how much if any distortion will this cause on the building?
Yes, you can attach wood framing to the studs. We offer an upgraded 4’ center Stud option which will make this process much easier for you.
