@@2jzandys444 You can eat a little pink in your ground beef if it has been kept well and food poisoning rarely necessitates a hospital visit. It’s an interesting kitchen design, with the grill behind the buns and the bag station separated from the fry station. At Culver’s, the grill was next to the boxing/wrapping station, the buns were handed on a tray to the grill person, and the fry dump was next to the middle person who handled the finished items, instead of being separated like here. Culver’s had a closed kitchen where the registers and whatnot were separated tho

Yeah, it is kinda annoying but it usually is not a problem because of how clean we keep our hands throughout the day.
Gloves have their place but are generally a waste of time. The time they can take to put on (some types are easier than others) can be saved by using the old tried and true method of having a small bucket of water with sanitizing solution or bleach under the work station. That gloves really don't prevent cross contamination any better really bothers me when workers are forced to constantly use them.
I love how this guy cooks the burgers. I hope when I order he cooks mine ❤
DAMN BRO THIS NEW FIVE GUYS BODYCAM FOOTAGE GOES CRAZY 💀
Here in Brazil don't have Five Guys unfortunately. Seems to be really good and looks so fresh the veggies
Yes. All is fresh. Like double patties. Chips fried from fresh, not from frozen ❤️
You got me hungry
It is busy there because you all are rocking it. It looks delicious!
Mans got tired of waiting for his order and went back there to do it himself lolol
Gotta say. Store/kitchen is very clean 👌. I worked McDonald's grills back in the mid 1980's during the transition to the clamshell grills. We cleaned the grills the same way back then. Nice to see old traditions hold true 👍 😎🍔
why u doing the burgers like that my man.
Why was I so entertained by watching this?
I do the same thing at Trusit Park and I love how he maintains cleaning the Grill.
Why is there only one guy working ? where are the other four ?
Looks amazing. I'd be tempted to pull those burgers off a little sooner but I'm sure you're doing exactly as trained and food safety is no joke for any business like this.
That’s why I don’t eat there, over cooked and pressing all the juices out of the burger. I need flavor and juice.
Doubt it
@@kizzlekakes That's actually why I don't eat there, maybe once every couple years. They are usually pink in the center. You don't eat pink ground beef. Only steak you can eat pink or nearly rare. The little "juices" are not worth risking a trip to the hospital with a horrific stomach bug. Save your money and enjoy a good ribeye
@@2jzandys444 Not really the same, but where I work, there was a brief period where the meat that the cooks had was ever so slightly pink even after being completely fully cooked, because the meat they had at the time, for that period of time, had some sort of dye in there. Maybe there's something similar going on there?
@@2jzandys444 You can eat a little pink in your ground beef if it has been kept well and food poisoning rarely necessitates a hospital visit. Medium rare burgers are fucking delicious, but ill only order it at a nicer restaurant or if I'm cooking it myself and I know its quality ground beef. Also, steak tartare is raw ground beef, but presumably they grind it there so its probably a little safer.
Jim’s Burger Haven in Colorado is home to the Original six-inch Smash Burger and opened in 1961.
I started going there in the mid 70's. I was lucky to have smash burgers as a little kid way back then. Great memories.
honestly im just watching this bc i appreciate the line cooks lol
Didn't think I was going to be so enamored by first person five guys, but this is dope. Might have to pull up for a burger and fries today 👌🏽 great video!
perhaps consider getting a vegan burger elsewhere instead to not do a gei
I'm having PTSD. I was @FG during the pandemic.
I've always wondered what it is they do to guarantee that the fries are so consistently soggy and limp straight out of the fryer.
they don't blanch and double fry. so you just get a limp fry
We do double fry our fries. They usually come out excellent with a hard crunchy outside and a mash potato inside. If your fries are soggy and limp it is because they were sitting out too long.
i love working at five guys and these vids fire
I like this line POV a lot more than the McD's one thats for sure.
You guys, are the REAL backbone of the world. All those in the fast food industry. Praise for all your work 🎉.
I like the food there, but why does a double quarter pounder w/cheese cost $11? That’s insane
@BFTtheTRUTH I get you, but I can get a double quarter at McD’s for like $4 on sale and $5.50 regularly. Five Guys always been high, but this is redic
@@theshark84724 The thing is McDonalds is garbage quality compared to five guys which actually tastes like a nice restaurant burger and not drive-thru fast food. You get what you pay for and even though Five Guys is expensive, it's not overpriced compared to any burger place of comparable quality that you can easily find across the country.
yeah mcdonald's meat is shit compared to five guys
In Texas where i live a double bacon is $16 lol. Pretty sure its more than doubled. Got priced out of my favorite burgers
@@theshark84724 mcD’s add about 40% filler to their beef… lookup what that filler is 😮
It’s an interesting kitchen design, with the grill behind the buns and the bag station separated from the fry station. At Culver’s, the grill was next to the boxing/wrapping station, the buns were handed on a tray to the grill person, and the fry dump was next to the middle person who handled the finished items, instead of being separated like here. Culver’s had a closed kitchen where the registers and whatnot were separated tho
i miss this job. good times back in 2015 at five guys mystic
My boy ain't say "swingin hot " not one time😂
Never had 5 guys before but if I get the chance I'll be all over it thanks keep doin what your doing
Best fast food burger in North America, don’t let anyone try to tell you otherwise.
i just got hired here to get some preliminary info this looks like itll come in handy
Fast food workers are true unsung heros. Thanks 🎉
