Hey Alex, I recently graduated college and I now work in finance. Man I cannot tell you how I love to watch your videos and listen to the background of you cooking. Throughout college, I worked in many kitchens and somehow the sounds your videos produce bring me back to a happier time during my undergradutate career where I felt: secure, happy, and ready-for-the-world. I used to hate working in kitchens, but now that I hate my current job, I absolutely miss the passion it took to work in a kitchen. Thank you.

You can always use your finance job to gain enough capital to either start a restaurant or invest in one! It's a tough industry, for sure, but if you believe it's your passion, I know you can make it! Don't give up, you got this.

I'm glad you are showing what's real in the back. Some people don't realize all the hard work put into it. I have done food service for years and years. Keep up the good work.
