Working at Five Guys (Fries) - POV

#pov #fiveguys #fastfood I know I say "got it" a lot. I apologize for the camera angle I will make sure to angle it better in future videos.
The grill reminds me of working at Hardee's in 1990 during breakfast. I was very fast at running the egg grill and would have 20 eggs across by 5 eggs deep (100 eggs) cooking at one time. By the time I ladled all the eggs on the grill it was time to fold the first egg but i would only do a half fold on every egg and then go back to to the first egg and do the 2nd fold and when finished folding all the eggs I would go back to the first egg on the grill and take each finished folded egg off in the order the were placed on the grill. It was like a self challenge to see how fast I could cook the eggs. Everyone else would cook fold one egg at a time which was very slow to the point they had like 10 eggs on the grill. That restaurant was extremely busy during breakfast. We were the only restaurant within 80 miles on a stretch of interstate that sold breakfast. There was also a Wendy's but they didn't sell breakfast. It was an easy job and great people to work with but life requires real paychecks.
Thats gross as f 😂
Thats exactly What i learned today in France Five Guys
Too expensive and toooooo greasy.
5 Guys fries suck just like In n Out...bland and starchy
The last time I went there I paid $20 for a burger fries and a drink.
outback KM for 10 years and all I have to say is this. RESPECT the potato ( chip) puncher that punches 200-500 lbs per day on the triple sink.
Dude, I used to work at Five Guys, and their whole 'clean freak' policy is just overkill. They spend more than they make, and then charge customers premium prices for it. All that 'fresh ingredients' and 'daily prep' stuff sounds great, but it’s a mess behind the scenes. They even keep unsold steaks for the next day-like, what happened to 'fresh'? What really got me was the food waste. They have these weird, made-up standards for the steaks, and if one sits in the third section for too long without being served, they just trash it. I’ve seen insane amounts of perfectly good food wasted. It's not just bad business; it's straight-up wrong. Just feels like they're doing things the wrong way, trying to look perfect while creating a ton of waste. It’s time for Five Guys to step it up and be more like 'McFoodies'-cut the waste, focus on efficiency, and stop pretending like everything's perfect when it’s not.
I'd like two Krabby patties please...
Try using water to clean that grill off. You’re frying on remnants of hamburgers that were cooked 4 hours ago.
thanks for cookin mah burgers!
I’ve seen so many pov videos that now I need to see a pov Krusty Krab
I remember working at five guys when it was called 1 guy, made 25000000000 burgers in 1 hour
Most gimmicky franchise dumping fries into your bag like it's supposed to be impressive. Bunch of a-holes.
gotta season those patties!!
You must work at a slow location because we really don't have time to change gloves the amount of times as you. Not that it's a bad thing
5 guys is so expensive that I no long go. Plus the fries are greasy.
There’s $200 on the grill. Insane
Umm... it would help A LITTLE to know the variety of the potato 🥔 used!!! 🍟 = ☥
Pretty hard to screw up a burger
Almost: ua-cam.com/video/bA3NYVMWQgg/v-deo.htmlsi=hacNbxe10YsBE0FQ&t=224
No seasoning on the patties and overcooked?
Burgers 🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔
You changed your gloves. THANK YOU
Goddamnit I could really go for a double cheeseburger and some well done fries right now
Five guys $18 for a hamburger whoopie 🤯🤯🤯
Why are you throwing away the fries? Can you eat them?
Patty gram?
Nice taste but expensive
Five Guys thinks you'd rather have your fries fresh than your burger. That's why I don't go there anymore. You can't even instruct them to give you fries first.
so much senseless plastic waste, this only can be USA
I dont get why do you change so frequent gloves? So much waste! Hygiene of course is important but its too much 4-5 times in a video with 6 min lol
sorry nasty
Their burgers suck because they don't put salt on their meat. That's literally the first thing any good burger place would do. The bare minimum to making ground beef taste good is salting it. This is proof they don't do that.
He didnt wash his hands after changing gloves.
Sloppy burgers and unreasonably expensive.
I used to work at mcdonalds mad respect to our boys that work hard out back
This job requires way more scraping than I thought it would.
Looks like torture. What if you need the toilet?
Team work baby.
They should really just use a chipper, there is no need for anyone to cut them by hand
Thanks for giving me validation as to why I never will eat at 5 guys again...
wonr be long till robot are doing this
disgusting
Good work
nice hard work
something about five guys food stinks. i deliver door dash and five guys orders smell terrible compared to other fast food.. i think it is the type of grease in the deep fryers but i am not sure, all i know is it smells gross and ill never taste their fried food because of it.
meats. guys.
They really don't season the meat, huh?
Nope, which is why it sucks
