Oh Heather, you're going to see it again on SGT Rock's Headbangers Ball. Tune in to see which show and when. New shows every Saturday at 1300 Eastern time. Signed, The GenX Veterans of Hill 30 (Yeah, we pulled a Tim Allen and rewired the show to how it should look in the 2020s and onward!) You're gonna love it!
I was actually about 21 when I first heard this it was probably about 2007 still love it. It was a time when I wanted to prove everybody wrong and this was the perfect song
Haven't thought about this song since the days of Beavis and Butthead, had it stuck in my head all day at work.. glad we live in an age where I can pull it up on UA-cam. Thanks! :D
PRONG - LOVE EM OR LOATH 'em, when they hit their mark they make it stick! When they miss, they can make it stink! Ignore the mess ...praise the best! And enjoy. For a scene without PRONG would pong even more!! Love your sound Prong, thanks for some awesome thrashers. 😉😎😍
Prove You Wrong is an album by American heavy metal band Prong, released on this day 9/24/91. It is their only album with Troy Gregory on bass guitar. The album includes a cover of "(Get A) Grip (On Yourself)", originally by The Stranglers.
Not sure about the comments (I looked but didn't see. Prong was influenced by Killing Joke (and likely the other way around also). Paul Raven (RIP) played bass in both bands at different times.
ive been watching this video so many times.. and everytime i see the same fuckin ad its really getting annoying.. i dont even wear makeup for fuck sakes
all i can say negatively about this is that the drums are WAY TOO FUCKING LOUD! the vocals sound great with that extra reverb, the intro is kickass... but WHY ARE THE DRUMS SO OVERPOWERING?!
I remember watching this song on Headbanger's Ball...
Saturday night will ALWAYS be "Headbanger's Ball" night at the White House. 🤘

This hook is lethal!
The Mighty Prong 💯🤘
What I've always liked in Prong is a brutal feel in every song.
I thought I knew what 90s rock was, but Beavis and Butthead opened me up to a whole bunch of other bands including this one
Beavis & Butthead are Cool💯🤘🤘🎸
I never heard this song or saw the video until the other night on 'Metal Mayhem.' I like it a lot! I'm glad I found Prong! Great song. . .

My favorite bass tone of all time.
Possibly one of the most 90 things ever
:D
And it rules
Saw them open for Pantera and Soundgarden on this tour. Tommy is still Pronging, with Tony Campos from Static X!
Jim 'Foetus' Thirlwell on the remix...i always preferred his remix over the album version
very good Prong.
So many good times hanging on bus or outback or even at my house after Danzig Memories of a Rock On fam
1991
Prong = proved wrong? Thanks b&b
one of my favorite metal guitar solos ever
If I were on a sports team, It would be ice hockey, and this would be the song I would listen to before a game, in order to get "amped up"
Old School Hard Core
I like this way more than the album version.
I do too, this version can melt your face off.
Your an ass. Album version is so Prong!
you should change your stuff, (and I hope you did 9 years ago) to Creative Jackass Zone
@@cheayunju bruh it ain’t that deep
@@d3athr0ck3r That's like saying, bruh it ain't that Prong. Or maybe, bruh my name is that Darc.

3:40 is that the same animal sample from the beginning of Faith no More’s ‘Caffeine’?
Making a movie about the Warsaw ghetto est Pope John Paul 2. Like Schindler's list.
Prong fucking rules! \m/!!
this is the Xanax remix.
Ok I can do about 1 mosh after a remix like that - 16 song set of those could cause me to pass the EF out - just for a minute tho - all is well 😜🙄
This was also from beavis and butthead
@dungeonkiller666 That sez it all.
@stevieVantanna
negatory. xanax mix is like eight minutes long.
Seconds anyone
Alright, so somebody explain all the "Killing Joke" comments. Is Tommy like an avid Batman fan or some shit?
Killing Joke is a band
@@d3athr0ck3r Yeah, I got that, ha! But I'm going to keep that in my own little head cannon about Tommy.

@@sex6cult9revolution troy gregory also played bass in killing joke

Epileptic nightmare.
imagine Dave lumbardo joining Prong sorry spelt his surname wrong
Edit your post and fix it.
Public hold on. Them and those... Never pick it up. Sorry bleeps instead of auto tune

"Fuzzbuster Mix"?? What's that, like a bowl of snack-mix made of shaved pubes?
This is the best comment I’ve seen in my entire time on the internet
Breakfast of Champions - so they say - good morning ☀️
blech. i'll take the album version.
Little bit of predictive programming in the video. With the masks lol.
Original is way better
all i can say negatively about this is that the drums are WAY TOO FUCKING LOUD! the vocals sound great with that extra reverb, the intro is kickass... but WHY ARE THE DRUMS SO OVERPOWERING?!
Good song but these guys look like they should be playing Dungeons and Dragons in their moms basement.
this sucks in so many ways... wow!!
